The photos on booking.com make it look nicer than it actually is, this place needs some major maintenance. The two bedroom family suite I had booked, was not available, instead we got two seperate rooms. In one room there was a big cockroach walking on the floor and both rooms did not have clean sheets on the bed. When I reported this, the staff admitted to this (it was an error with a maid not showing up or something), apologized and fixed it, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I liked nothing. We stayed only one night insterad of the 3 nights I had booked. Had ot book at another guest house. There was no hot water or very little. It was old, dirty and not well maintened. This guest house does not deserve 3 stars.

Bonjour J'avais réservé trois nuits dans cet hotel mais franchement nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit. Cet hotel ne devrait pas faire partie des choix possibles sur Phalaborwa. Il fait plus penser à un motel ou l'on reste une nuit et encore.........(pas de frigo mur à moitié peint sdb d'un autre age serviettes qui puent etc........), les phoyos sont trompeuses et laissent à penser à un petit hotel de charme mais il ne faut absolument pas s'y fier. Le propriètaire n'a pas voulu négocier en me remboursant une partie de mon séjour et j'ai du payer 2 nuits supplémentaires dans un autre hotel. Le prix est aussi trop excessif, j'ai payé la meme chose par nuit au Hans MERENSKI HOTEL J'espère que vous allez retirer cet hotel de votre site. Je vous saurai reconnaissant aussi de tenter de négocier un remboursement partiel sur cet hotel car j'ai eu une dépense de 300 euros en plus. Cordialement

La proximité immédiate avec l'entrée dans le parc kruger. Le prix très excessif par rapport au hotel de même gamme. L'hotel surévalue ses prix grace à sa proximité immédiate avec l'entrée dans le parc kruger.

Nähe zum Krüger np (Phalaborwa Gate) Viel zu teuer; stark renovierungsbedürftig: Fenster funktionieren nicht, Zimmer sah aus, als ob dort seit 30 Jahren nicht mehr renoviert wurde
