Always enjoy our stay here. Good service, cleanliness, a "homy" feeling and best of all: excellent warm breakfasts! Best so far was the omelette and eggs benedict.

Style and gardens and history

It was a clean, cosy guest house with friendly staff. I liked the decor and the gardens outside was beautifull and well maintained. There was always available parking on the premises. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The staff went out if their way to accommodate us when we arrived earlier than the normal check in time. We were made to feel welcome and nothing seemed to be a problem at all. We will definitely recommend to everyone we know.

Very quaint gettaway spot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Had all the necessary ammenities. Very relaxing!

The temperature of the water kept changing in the shower. One second you burning, the next it's ice cold.

Great staff; we were in the small room by the reception which got noisy from about 7am. Overall a really good place. Would recommend a better room if spending time relaxing there rather than out and about.

The position was perfect. Lovely to be within walking distance from the hub of Stellenbosch's shops and restaurants yet be in a quiet suburb. We enjoyed the beautifully restored Victorian house and gorgeous gardens Friendly and efficient staff, always accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. Accommodation offered all the comforts necessary and it was an added bonus to have complimentary wi-fi available in our room. Generally a very welcoming and hospitable environment that we will highly recommend and we hope to visit again.
