Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Having only 17 rooms, the hotel is able to provide personalized services to all its guests. The staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. Bamford, at the desk, has a wealth of knowledge and should always be asked for recommendations/ guidance. |

It's within walking distance of downtown and the vibrant waterfront (didn't walk back after dark); the staff were eager to please; rooms are spacious and well-appointed; dining in Heritage Square was an unexpected bonus. |

Both attention to detail and a very friendly and comfortable place to relax--this is the atmosphere Cape Heritage staff create for their guests. The hotel rooms are all decorated differently, from fun and funky to elegant. The staff and management seem to enjoy their work, and that translates to excellent service. |

The staff is excellent - very courteous and attentive and go out of their way to help you. It is a smaller hotel so you get very personalised attention. The location is excellent, the rooms are very nice, the bathroom was awesome. We loved it! Laundry services were a little expensive. |

The staff were all extremely helpful & friendly. My hotel room was beautiful with a free standing bath & wet room. The hotel had a charming feel to it. The courtyard & sun roof deck were perfect for an afternoon glass of wine! I couldn't fault the hotel or it's staff in any way. Good location for a city break. |
