The room size and comfort. The attention to details and the welcoming was extra ordinary. To be announced on arrival was quite movie only like. We enjoyed the moment we entered to the last we leave. Wish we could stay longer. The room smelled of cigaret. Other than that, everything was perfect.

the location is ideal it is in the perfect for shopping and for entertainment the food at the hotel is disgusting ! they cant even make toatsted cheese. they smashed my car it when trying to park it , they refused to let me park it myself . the room smelt of sewage staff dont actually care the MD patronised me by telling me everything will be alright but actually couldnt care less. Please guys this is not a hotel its self catering 3 star flats !

Service was great! Facilities really good as well Disappointed cause we made a booking at the restaurant and when went to go and eat were told the restaurant was booked out for a function. We should have been informed beforehand.

You really feel like a royalty arriving at the hotel. Luxury, valet parking anc friendly employees. Closure of the restaurant 1800 for 2 nights due to private parties was a disappointment. Closure of pool/skybar for 1 night due to a private party was a pity; it was not opened for 'ordinary guests' we were told by hotel-empoyee.

Comfort and space for a family group. Very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was fine except for the ironing problem. Condition of the ironing board and iron. The board was barely able to stand up because there were screws missing out of the legs and the iron had bare electric wires exposed. I did tell the staff. I'd hope it would be fixed. I was told it would be.

The staff was phenomenal! The announced welcome by the doorman was a bit pretentious, but it was a novelty. Staff was very knowledgeable and quick in accommodating needs. The property itself was immaculate, the room, excuse me- full apartment- was delightful, well appointed. Never saw a housekeeping cart in the hallways. First class all the way! As observed in most European hotels as well, were there really that many people electrocuting themselves with hair dryers to not offer an electrical outlet for anything stronger than a shaver in the bathroom?? Drying/curling/straightening ones hair in the dining room took a bit of the elegance away.....

Rooms were spacious and very luxurious. The location is very convenient. There is a Woolworths food market, several restuarants and a pharmacy within walking distance. The Skybar concept is very cool. The Skybar needs a little renovation. Cracked ceilings, etc. Just a touch up. Staff need to be reminded to replace coffee, soap, etc.

The location for active visitors like us. The friendship and service by all staff in every respect. Our suite was excellent. The only minor inconvenience was that the coat hangers in the main bedroom were placed too high for a normal person!

I liked the reception welcome, parking identification, rooms ,environment , the staff. Luxury at its best. when you first arrive, no parking but the guys are helpful, but as a first time visitor can be a bit frustrating. The location not very ideal

The structure is beatiful, the building itself and its rooms. Location is good, with Waterfront, airport and highway very close. I believe the management should work on service. People are very friendly and kind, but they don't seem the professional staff you find in a 5-star hotel
