Ease of coming and going during afterhours
Shower did either cold or hot - nothing in between. Host is not replying to my request for a VAT invoice.
No secure parking. On Friday night no warm water in bathroom-reported it and on Saturday evening exactly the same.Very poor water pressure in shower.
Friendly and helpful staff Cleanliness in the bedrooms and dining area Tranquility
Poor WiFi connection
The room with a small little garden at the back. The excellent bed and having my own bathroom and clean towels everyday.
The shower is a new concept and the hot water stopped too quickly.
It is much more expensive than other very nice places we were staying. It smells really bad and there is no hot shower
The Host and Hostess were really welcoming and it made it a pleasure to arrive just off to the air craft. It was an ideal place to begin our holiday and I found it one of the nicest places we stayed in on our journey around cape province
Loved family who runs the b&B. Room always tidy. Yummy breakfast. Always felt safe.
Wrong log in data stated for wifi, so was forced to spend 200 eur (!) on roaming, before found out that they simply changed naming without notice. Didn't get my cancellation I sent via booking.com and new booking at same time - so refunded me later, still not nice having to deal with it.
Pathetic hotwater system.
The family atmosphere is something that you long for when you are away from home on business- this place is home. Love it.
The splash shower takes a little getting used to.
I liked everything about the place, the breakfast was the best. Excellent service and great comfort. The pool area is amazing... I would definetely refer people there and I would go back at any given time.
The shower water took long to get hot.
Very friendly people ensured a homely environment during my stay.
the dogs around the table during dinner and breakfast
Staff very friendly and welcoming
Had problems with the facilities, cold shower was biggest problem.
very friendly even though we only were there for one night. i would recomend it to my friends.
Very friendly & warm hosts.
owner airport transport facility welcoming food good dogs and puppy atmosphere great value
we left too early
The bed was great and it was a really good night of sleep. The room that I stayed in was decorated well. The people were really nice.
The room steamed up when you showered as it was open plan - the ventilation could have been better. There are a lot of animals around in the eating area and that is not to everyone's taste. I was not alerted to the extra cost of requesting a transfer and was also slightly overcharged on leaving!
Very friendly and down to earth staff. Airport transfer was a big help. Modern rooms with beautiful finishings. The breakfast was enormous and possibly the best omelette I have ever eaten. Good value for money
I understand the appeal of a "splash" shower ( one which hangs from the roof and has no door), however it is incredibly dangerous for a bed and breakfast as the water literally goes all over the floor and creates an enormous puddle which would be very easy to break a bone by slipping over. Along with that, the bathroom has no door - so there is no privacy when having to use the toilet - you will need to have a great and open relationship with the person you are sharing with as they will see and hear everything. I would think to avoid future insurance issues, at least a door or better drainage on the floor. Again, the bnb is superbly run and nicely furnished, but this kind of shower and bath is inappropriate.
