Central location at Company's Garden. Friendly and helpful staff.
It looked like the hotel is being renovated at the moment, when I entered my room somebody was just repairing the tap. The windows didn't completely close so there was noise from the outside. There was no WiFi when I stayed there.
Bed too short. Old style room Quite expensive compare to nice guest houses you can find in Cape Town
Only a short stay but location was excellent
Great location. We walked everywhere. The staff were amazing.
Great location and friendly and helpful staff.
Mountain view room was excellent. Very nice full breakfast. Location was very central, especially to restaurants and night life in the CityBowl area. Easily accessible and close to Long/ Loop St. Also many rental car companies nearby and hotel charged 75 Rand per night for parking. Great live music in the bar on Friday evenings. Staff was very helpful with all types of questions and very friendly.
There was no soap bar or trey in the shower. Also Shampoo or Conditioner was not clearly marked. Small-ish bathrooms but clean. Wifi signal is very poor and pretty inaccessible in the rooms; had to go to their "buisness center" which wasn't much better. They really need to improve their wifi situation.
It was our second stay good location for getting to all points of the city
We were led to believe car parking was free but you have to pay. The multi storey is two minutes away it's best to just pay direct
Great location with view of Table mountain and central for shops and markets
Close to tourist attractions and park. Beautiful view. Breakfast is lovely.
Street was noisy and room pretty but not 4 star.
Thank you for doing that something extra to make our anniversary stay memorible!!
Reasonably nice breakfast. Staff was friendly but not very helpful or knowledgable.
They couldn't find our booking.com reservation. Even after showing the details on my iPhone. Very small/narrow bed, what we call twijfelaar in Dutch. A lot of long black hairs to be found in the bathroom. And not near the waterfront at all: over 10 minutes by cab!!
Fabulous location opposite Tea Gardens with stunning views of Table Mountain. Staff friendly and helpful. Good quality food in restaurant. Would reccomend.
Staff in restaurant playing on mobile phones and messing around didn't give a very professional impression. Also, when a big group arrived breakfast items didn't match the demand.
Location of the hotel and presentation / facilities of the rooms.
Detail (in corner) of shower/bath sometimes have mould so the rooms need a detailed clean regularly to prevent dirt buildup
had to pay extra for parking and parking was off site
