Great location, right inbetween Table Mountain and the Waterfront. We hired a car and could get everywhere very easily. They had underground parking too which was a bonus. Room was very spacious and beautifully cleaned everyday. Pool could have been slightly bigger and it was a shame that the sun didn't reach it but we were out exploring most days anyway!

We were there for the Argus cycle race and the hotel had made special provisions to cater for their residents that were taking part in the race. Take our hats off to them for this. Stay was very comfortable, pleasant staff and excellent breakfasts. The aircon was pretty loud and I found it hard to make it quieter or put on a lower setting.

Location / good breakfast / good restaurant and bar The room was too small, we had a window to the backyard, air-con very noisy, no help with the luggage. I realise the rate was not very high but we experienced more comfort in the past especially at a 4-star hotel. This comment applies to both rooms we occupied.

Very friendly and service minded staff with sense of humor and joy. A pace I want to revisit, Our room had a big kitchen, but no pots, no nothing but four knives/spoons/fork and a couple of wine glasses. We use the freezer to "desmell" our sneakers. The stove was good for nothing. There was also a veranda outside the rom - sheltered an nice with a beautiful view of Table Mountain - we missed a littte table and a couple of chairs out there to endulge the options.

Modern, comfortable and great location. Walking distance to v&a and City Centre ie. Green market Square etc. Rooms are well maintained and general presenation of Hotel and facilities are good. Always satisfactory and thankyou. Really enjoy the personal touch of musicians at breakfast and in restaurants. Live entertainment is always great!! Well done!! Airconditioners are inefficient and noisy Pool off and not the sparking blue as seen before in past visitsSpecial requests noted online when booking with Booking .com are never noted nor mentioned when booking in. It seems No Hotels pay attention to anything written as a special request. That will make th edifference between being good and exceptional!!

Safety and cleanness of the place is so impressive and all staff members are welcome and helpful in all ways. I did not understand the payments methods and also didn't get clarity of what i am paying for especially on my clock out day. However, on my clock in my credit card was debited with R800.00 for security, but i also paid cash for packing on my departure and i did not use anything from the hotel's small room bars. I will appreciate if i can get clarity for that eight hundred bucks. But so far everything went exceptionally well.

just the fact that you stay at the hotel but you should pay for parking and they dont even tell you before you check in but when you check out you on your receipt it shows that they actually charge you for parking.

Nice, quiet and full of ammenities. Laundry sink in room too! Mini bar was always stocked with ample food & drinks in room so you can never get hungry! Staff were very friendly. Said I'd have a view of Table Mountain, had no view! No smoking room had an ashtray in the bathroom!

Yasser the manager plus his staff on duty were fantastic and professional. I was first booked into a disabled apartment - moved me into a room where safe deposit box was broken moved me again and upgraded me into an internal room - next day asked sheepishley to be moved as having no view at all was very depressing as I was going to stay 3 nights, one night stay is fine but not for 2 days very clostrophobic and considering I just arrived from london I wanted to see the summer sun. Anyway from start to finish everyone was very friendly and professional. A good find for my next trip to cpt. Parking was 60 rand per day and the internet was much more than other hotels in the surounding area - this was the only annoying factor to my stay - it seemed a bit of an inflated money exercise instead of a service provided. Beakfast buffet is very good but juice is not bad just not fresh squeezed as you might find in a smaller hotel. 9 out of 10 is my score which for me is unusual as I have a small hotel in london.

I liked Management's willingness to change our rooms. The staff generally very friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent The Superior room should have a recliner/ couch to increase comfort. Special rooms should be demarcated for patrons with children. The room next door had children and they were extremely noisy until early hours of the morning. The tv is in one position making it very difficult for us to watch. After a few minutes your neck gets sore due to the angle of the tv

Decent in-house restaurant. Comfortable bed. Noisy room - if you were on the street you had the mosque and traffic from the street and on the inside some huge outside ventilation - so earplugs were needed. Breakfast facilities - very crowded and seemd to be underdimensioned for the number of guests.

The general friendliness was great. Even the lady who cleaned my room left a message ! Some confusion in the parking garage. Minor delays in locating my keys and who I was ! No card given to enter the garage - could have helped with identifying my legitimacy as a client.
