Everything at / of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Recommendation by staff desk for 30 th anniversary - superb
Cleanliness and the location of the hotel. I had the view of the table mountains which was really great!
Paid wi-fi. They should introduce free wifi hot spots.
Discounted price Clean room Location very central
Parking limited You only get 1 coffee per person in your room for the whole day
to be refunded as the manager confirmed that no charged to be levied
the manner that whole the transaction was handled not proffesional at all is was like we were done a favour

No fuss...no waiting.
Being asked to leave my car keys with the attendant at the parking area in case they would have to move my car. In the end they found a parking place for me and I didn't have to leave my car keys with the attendant.
Great location near the most busy streets in the town and near Waterfront and Table mountain. Had a huge suite room for a low cost. I would definitely go back.
They have to fix a better way from the parking to the reception
Staff were superb, couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Room was very good clean and comfortable
Everything...because I spent my 20th Anniversay at your Hotel, I was pleasantly suprised. I enjoyed every moment and will definitely recommend it to everybody.
Your twin beds no better to have one bed if we book as couple
The facilities are excellent and the value for money outstanding. Staff were warm and welcoming.
cannot think of anything.
Gave us a smoking room despite requesting a nonsmoking room
Excellent value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly
Very costly wifi
I loved the comfort , the pool and the neatness of the hotel and its staff. they are also kind.
the fact that I had to be woken up early for the staff to come check on the bar in my room, recommendation the staff should wait for guests to call for the bar to be filled. Wi-Fi should be free! it attracts more young people!and parking should also be for free .
Very nice and comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and had a great view as well. The staff were very friendly with the exception of one or two. Had a great time!
The pool was tiny!
AC Noise, Slowly Elevator, Crazy Water Unstable.
Location, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff and duty manager, room size, bathroom amenities, rooftop pool, cleanliness of rooms and property, good water pressure in shower, special mention must be made of the waiters and bar staff from Butcher's grill, who organised us lunch outside of their operating hours!
Very, very, very slow service from the poolside bar.
Location was good & the staff was friendly especially the car park security attendents.
No free wifi, if you want to have the mini bar a small deposit was required which then came off the bill and not using the mini bar the staff cleared it out. The restaurant prices were a bit high.
Well presented hotel with friendly, helpful staff. In a great location for the Long Street area and within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and museum district. The city sightseeing bus also has a stop just around the corner. Rooms were kind of small but well equipped - especially loved the bath. A particularly nice touch was the pianist playing in the dining room during breakfast - which itself was of good quality and choice.
Having to pay for WIFI was not nice.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean; good sound-proofing. Buffet breakfast is decent.
Wifi vouchers - dubious Staff could have been more friendly in terms of spontaneous greetings, etc Air con in the bedroom needs repairing
location was good
had to pay for wifi.
We had our window open for some fresh air but had to close it due to the ceiling flaps that kept blowing up and making a noise. Also ordered a meal and when it arrived the price was more than what reflected on the menu in the room. I went down to the bar to have a drink and had put it on the room tab but then when my partner arrived he paid for it cash instead, when checking out they had still wanted to charge for the drink which had been paid for cash and I had to explain that it was already paid for, more attention should be paid to small things like this so that visitors are not overcharged or embarrassed.
wifi terrible , not free , not stable and expensive cleaning poor , fast and not careful old hotel , old elevators ... too slow ... expensive for what you get !
