It was comfortable and convenient. It was well situated and offered all relevant services to a visitor of Cape Town. I did not think that removing everything from the mini-bar in a plastic packet was appropiate. I suggest surveying what has been taken from the mini-bar while the guest awaits unaware in the reception area. It made me as a guest feel like I was being treated as a child or potential thief. |

Staff were great, room was beautiful, with the bonus of a gym and rooftop pool, as well as a great breakfast buffet made it the perfect end to a long trip! |

We did it just to treat our duaghter after the matric exams. She worked hard and we wanted to show epreciantion. She enjoyed it very much. We think the price of goodies in the room is far too expensive. We also think that for the price one pay, the hotel can put a basket of goodies like the chocolate bars for free. The tv, we were also disappointed that most channels as pay channels? |

Good location, great value. Rooms had everything needed for a Cape Town holiday - you're not looking to spend a lot of time in the hotel. One is just looking for a clean basic room in a good location for a reasonable price and the hotel satisfied on all those criteria. Having to pay for R60 parking. |

Hotel is well located, clean and peaceful. Rooms are of good size. Location close to the tourist doudle decker stop is a benefit. I would choose the hotel again. Other but meat dishes were not of very high quality in the hotel restaurant. Hotel shuttle was a bit too expensive for two persons and thus the other opportunities could have been offered more willingly. |

breakfast was great. The food was fresh with lots of variety and the pianist adds some flair. A gym would have been nice. Also, your room telephone system seems to have many flaws. To use it I had to call reception each time and they would ring the number. i was dissapointed that i was charged for 7 calls and I was only connected through twice. Your reception staff tolf me that they have no way of knowing if a call goes through or not as the charges start as soon as the number is dialed. |

Very handy for the city and surrounding restaurants. Comfortable and more than satisfactory. Staff very amiable and pleasant. We were mugged 50 meters from the hotel entrance on the open street, loosing very sentimental and valuable items. Spoilt our stay and made us consider if we would ever stay in Cape Town again. |

The Famous Butcher's Grill Restaurant in the Hotel, has the best steak and selection of finest wines and service in Cape Town. The food and service is excellent and I really enjoyed it. The Internet facilities was not included in the package, and daily parking is very expensive, compared to other Hotels in Cape Town. |

Staff very attentive and any queries/requests were answered promptly. Every memeber of staff would say hello when passing. The storage space in the room was very poor, specially for a two week stay. The wardrobe was tiny, hidden in a corner. |

Hotel was conveniently located in downtown Cape Town. The restaurant was well appointed with great wait staff and good food. The desk staff and bell staff were excellent and so helpful. During the night we were awaken by night staff at 1:00 am and 4:00 am. They were shouting, talking and laughing loudly, and talking on their walkie talkies outside either our window or our door. They were loud enough to wake us from a sound sleep twice. |

Friendly and helpful staff and very good buffet breakfast (with piano player). African/Jazz style decoration a hit and very comfortable rooms. Location. Given problems of walking out in Cape Town, quite far from waterfront restaurant area. Local area seems a bit rundown. |

The rooms are very clean confortable and the service was also very good. Clean linen, excellent bathrooms and spacious rooms. Also in a very pleasant quiet enviroment. The Hotel could do better by increasing television channels and including international news channels like the BBc and or CNN plus a variety of sports channels e.g Supersport 3 especially with the World Cup games around the corner. |

The cleanliness off the hotel, all the staff in the restaurant were really friendly. Our required room was really spacious and good value for money. When we arrived, reception didn't explain the dinner times to us correctly and as a result of this i had to pay for my lunch although we had dinner vouchers and surely this would have entitled me to a free lunch, or early dinner. The room was never checked correctly,dirty bins and not refilling the mini bar or snack area |

The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for those looking for a base in Cape Town. The little rooftop pool and sunbathing area in lovely. |
