The rooms are very clean confortable and the service was also very good. Clean linen, excellent bathrooms and spacious rooms. Also in a very pleasant quiet enviroment. The Hotel could do better by increasing television channels and including international news channels like the BBc and or CNN plus a variety of sports channels e.g Supersport 3 especially with the World Cup games around the corner. |

The cleanliness off the hotel, all the staff in the restaurant were really friendly. Our required room was really spacious and good value for money. When we arrived, reception didn't explain the dinner times to us correctly and as a result of this i had to pay for my lunch although we had dinner vouchers and surely this would have entitled me to a free lunch, or early dinner. The room was never checked correctly,dirty bins and not refilling the mini bar or snack area |

The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for those looking for a base in Cape Town. The little rooftop pool and sunbathing area in lovely. |

I loved the loft suite, the whole setup was perfect, something I'd say I would like to live in myself when I can afford it as I will be loft hunting this year. I would want to buy a loft, preferrably in town as it is easy to access all places easily The wakeup knocking on the door was very disturbing. The staff wanted to check the mini bar which was not a good time, I would have preferred the receptionist to ask me when checking in, what time is suitable to clean and check the mini bar. This will avoid unexpected interruptions, and would be better planning. |

Very good location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded me to a suite without having to ask. The room is a little dated but still comfortable. Table mountain views are wonderful. Although small the pool is fine and the pool area relaxing. Car parking very cheap and secure. Internet use is just too expensive. Retaurant serves pubgrub but the service is good. Buffet breakfast ticks the boxes but just not well cooked.. This is Internet use is just too expensive and should be free. The food in the restaurant is more akin to pub grub and way too heavy, although the service was good. The buffet breakfast is extensive but not well prepared. The tv channels are too limited |
