Cascades on the Promenade  

The best hotel I've ever stayed in hands down! The staff was amazing! Else the owner is always there to greet you and help with anything you need. We came without really having an agenda and by the time we finished breakfast she had booked all of our excursions! One night while we were getting ready to go to a hen's night she even had a bottle of bubbly sent to our room. Just the sweetest person ever! The facilities were unbelievable as well. Beautiful bedroom/bathroom, comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. 2 minute walk to the promenade and 10 minute drive to the waterfront. Just perfect!! I can't say enough about this gem!

There aren't that many restaurants or shops within the immediate vicinity, but that being said nothing was more than a 10 minute drive away. There's no covered parking, but again, not really an issue as we always had a spot out front and the car was perfectly safe and looked after.

This boutique hotel is beautiful. It is a block away from the ocean and one block away from streets full of all kind of stores. It is also so near the bottom of the mountain... So you are surrounded by beuaiful mountains and the ocean. The room we stayed had a partial view to the ocean from the balcony, the bed and pillows were so comfortably, something we appreciated after a long flight! And the shower had a ceiling shower as well as the handle shower. Towels were in a warming rack! All the staff was always friendly and with a smile. Els is the owner in charge of the hotel and always was attentive to any need. She is a lovely person! We had gourmet dinners and abundant breakfasts. A perfect place to stay and go from here to any place in Cape Town!

Great boutique hotel in Cape Town. Location is excellent and the restaurant is very good. Locals come here to dine. Staff was outstanding and friendly and the manager Els is the sweetest! She made us feel very welcome and made our stay very enjoyable! We highly recommend this design hotel and would definitely stay here again if we go back to Cape Town!

It was clean, modern and comfortable. The location is great for site seeing and the food was very good. The staff was outstanding...so helpful and pleasant.

Altijd auto of taxi nodig. Niets op wandelafstand.

La atención del personal y los encargados fue increíble. Todo muy cálido, personalizado y no invasivo. Fue como sentirse en casa.

Quizás desde afuera el hotel no decía mucho, pero el lobby era muy acogedor, con gente permanentemente tomando algo.

It was all lovely. Only tiny complaint would be that we could have been given some more coffee cpasules in the room!
