Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The room was very clean and spacious, however it was the hostess Michelle who made all the difference. She was excellent, organising tours for us, getting lunch delivered from a restaurant at a moment's notice, booking us for dinner and making a great brekky. Close to Tambo airport, so is a great place to stay overnight if you're in transit. |

Michelle, the current manager was very helpful and attended to all our questions. Our flight left the next evening and we were welcome to stay on the grounds until we needed to leave. The taxi service provided to and from the airport keeps one safe. The information led me to believe that the meal provided was a little more 'gourmet'. However, the meal we had was wonderful. Choices of wine and spirits weren't readily available. |

The owner is friendly. The room was clean. It was difficult for the taxi man to find the place. The information about the distance of the place to the airport was not accurate. |

Very good standard of fittings etc for the price and very friendly service The change of price of the airport transfer from R100 to R150 each way - their website quotes R100 as did their confirmatory email. Their response was that prices had just gone up (not bad at 50% increase) |

The rooms were comfortable for what we wanted as a one night stop over between flights The breakfast was not the best. No Hot drinks or toast was offered. One of the dogs decided to go to the toilet behind my friends chair whilst at breakfast. We told the host and they did nothing about it. As you can imagine the smell put us all off our food! |

La disponibilità della proprietaria, l'ottima colazione al mattino, la tranquillità della location La struttura è a circa 8 km dall'aeroporto internazionale di johannesburg, facilmente raggiungibile e ben indicata nel percorso segnalato sul sito dell'hotel. E' quindi molto comoda per chi desidera solo fermarsi una notte e quindi ripartire per nuove destinazioni. |

Es un lugar muy cuidado,con ambiente familiar ya que es pequeño y ofrecia lo que buscaba,cercania al aeropuerto,limpieza,un trato excelente por parte de su dueña,tambien buena comida casera.por tanto lo creo muy recomendable para quie busque algo parecido |
