could not find the place as per the location provided - front desk was not helpful with my requests - asked for apartment to be sprayed due to mosquitos, asked for supersport 1 - till now i am still awaiting feedback when entering and exiting the parking garage - take forever to open up and very risky at night standing infront of a closed door waiting to enter i checked in on a saturday and my apartment was only cleaned the monday evening (around 5pm)
Apartment was comfortable and lots of space Location very central
Mould in the shower, dusty floors, extremely uncomfortable lounge seating, and a kitchen that had no pans, utensils, jugs, bowls, etc. The noise from the square downstairs was loud. Skateboarders and acoustic music, which didn't bother us, but may do others. Very poor welcome upon arrival.
The beds were great. Breakfast was okay.
i just love the apartment /also where the hotel is located .thanks once again
Taxi's had a job finding the hotel but think they were the rogue taxis. When hotel ordered for us it was very good
Friendly staff. Very clean apartment
My daughter was a bit disappointed with her shower. Water wasn't draining. Lucky she only stayed the 1 night. Room 301
Loud industrial noises, at 6am Breakfast (Spoiled yoghurt) TV Channels selection
King Size Bed Friendly Barman
Convenient cental location that is accessible to other nearby central/touristy areas. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff that is always eager to make your stay perfect and enjoyable.
We got woken up (by accident) by staff at 5:30 in the morning and the staff member did not apologise. We were unable to access the parking garage and had to (each time) go to the front desk and ask them to manually open the supposed automatic gate. We were also harassed by a number of people on two separate nights, asking for money/goods etc. and these individuals wouldn't leave us alone. Unfortunately they lingered where the parking is and since the automatic gate never opened we had to go through to reception, and past these individuals, every evening.
The accommodation was more than adequate. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. It was also quite novel that cleaners would come every day to clean the apartment.
was first put into room 103 which had a filthy couch with stains, no pressure on toilet bowl so we couldn't flush down things like toilet papers. we had to use the bar toilet for "serious business". I ended up parking outside because the parking bays are just too small
Room 206 toilet had no water pressure so we couldn't flush. had to use the bar toilet
Breakfast disaster..horrible..below even two star rating hotel..obliged to eat as we paid..There was no variety, at one point we asked other guest if we could share a table with them as there was no table available. Waiting over 2 minutes for the garage door to open while leaving the building. Out of your control but the hobbos outside the hotel not ayoba
Always friendly and willing to assist.Noxy was awesome. The space in our apartment was wonderful for the kids. The cleaning was great the first three days..there after deteriorated.
It seems to be a lack of staff in the kitchen and restaurant. Nobody welcomes you at the restaurant, you walk in and sit on any available table. I had breakfast twice and the table was not fully set. I even asked for cuttleries which I didn't receive. When I asked at reception about the difference in price to book a safari online and at reception, I was told the price is a bit higher when you book directly there. However, it was not the case, I was charged R300 over the normal price. The kitchen could be better equipped, there was no saucepan. On the day I checked in, the dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty.
I was in a luxury superior apartment with balcony. I enjoyed the space, quietness, cleanliness and comfort. The location was central, 5 mins walk to city centre. You have some fast foods, restaurants , post office and grocery store around. A taxi from uber will charge around R20-30 to go to V&A waterfront which is less than 10mins drive depending on traffic.
Slow wifi and squashed parking
Big space rooms
I didn't experience anything I didn't like.
This was the only place that I stayed at on my two week road trip, where I had to pay for wi-fi and for parking. The bathroom had not been cleaned, with no hand soap being provided after I called to have a cleaner come up. Shoddy workmanship on shelve mounting, chipped furniture, blotchy patches of paintwork all over the room. Breakfast was shockingly sub-par for a 4-star hotel. This place was definitely a 4-star establishment in the past, but it's not anymore.
Central location, although nearby restaurants\cafe's close in the early afternoon. Very spacious - more apartment than hotel.
Windows to the balcony were dirty
Location and space of apartment
Good value, excellent breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Could not get Internet signal using own device
Great location 5 minutes walk to Westin hotel and Cape Town Convention Centre. Great breakfast included.
Nice hotel, with really spaceuse rooms. Paid internet is really quick. The staff was really kind to me, especially when I arrived. Was 9:00 and they managed me to already check-in, that was great after long flight.
Had to pay for wifi.
The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Ambience. Closeness to major areas in Cape town.
Cleanliness and the comfortable bed.
Parking so small such i scratch my car
