Upgraded to Suite which was excellent. facilities at the Meetings were very good Food and beverage were sumptuous an dservice prompt and friendly.
There was a lack of adequate power plug extensions in the Meeting Rooms during the 5 days.

Almost everything about the hotel, friendly staff, service, food & most facilities
The pool was not clean especially the close end one & wish there could also be something use to warm up the water when water is cold.
Just everything. We were treated with excelent service. Well done to the staff
Sleeping pillows!,memory foam?
No shuttle service to Grand West! !, Do not know what to do with the little piece of material in front of the beds!
Everything from walking into the hotel, checking-in and tour of room and hotel facilities, to the location with the mall, gym and theme park. The room was neat and food was excellent. The staff really goes out of their way to assist you with any needs.
DVD Selection was old and scratched. We had the Sushi experience, but sadly can't compare to other restaurants like Beluga or Blowfish. The private bridge to the mall involves a fair amount of steps, and the walkway between the bridge and mall feels unsafe late in the evening. Room carpets had some stains, most not visible and the toilet felt loose due to design of it.
Location of hotel relative to the business environment. Upgrade to an executive room (which we greatly appreciated!). Staff was great and very helpful.
We have visited this hotel on several occasions. On arrival we had to deal with a dirty bathroom (bath in particular) which after two cleaning attempts, remained dirty. I resorted to shower whilst my wife chose not to bath/shower at all. Certainly NOT good or appropriate for en establishment claiming 5 stars! You have grown backwards, which is a great pity.
I liked the spa Carpet in the room was dirty. Please train your staff its all that matters customer care. You can have good location, best facilities but customer care is king!
I have already pointed out
Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms spacious and well presented. Excellent breakfast buffet and cooked to order. Excellent shopping mall on doorstep
Shuttle service not always at a convenient time, therefore needed to pay for taxis to get to the hub of Cape Town ie the Waterfront.
Room was clean and tidy Staff is nice and friendly
The spa was very much booked. Could not use the facility
Location; Meal options, incl breakfast; Ruby Bar
Limited wifi; uncomfortable pillows - tried 2 different ones;
From the start when we arrived, the staff were absolutely great. The hotel is definitely one of my favourite hotels in the world. Everything is so beautiful and luxuries with the best staff!! I love the rooms, especially the bathroom!! We had room service for dinner - lovely chicken curry, The breakfast was the best!! Will be back soon.
Struggled at first with the wifi.
The hotel offers all the small things like special snacks for the kids and personalized bedding.
We couldnt use the pool because of a function. The music from the party was on very loud for the evening until 5am the next morning.
Beautiful, clean room, gorgeous view. Willingness of kitchen staff to assist late at night. Open plan room. As a just married couple, we appreciated the special treatment.
My husbands side of the matress sagged while sleeping, made for uncomfortable sleeping.
I liked the spa treatment, the staff went the extra mile in making my anniversary special and the location was situated near to the mall which was good.
Honestly, in my opinion the hotel does not constitute a 5 star hotel, I did not like the purple lighting all round...in comparison to the taj hotel, I dont feel the crystal towers was a 5 star, but my stay was however, comfortable
The location was great, but to be very honest with you, the staff made our stay fantastic, they are so friendly and so helpful and accomadating. Everyone from the door man through to the reception to the cleaners.... Everyone.
Nothing, everything was great.
The facilities were excellent but unfortunately could not make use of them as my wife broke her foot 2 days prior
Turndown service View Purple soft lighting Breakfast
Almost remote location from hub of Cape Town Small and cramped fitness centre
We enjoyed every minute!
We had a lovely stay and experienced excellent customer service. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful, so pleasant. Interesting decor; well located.
The location was perfect being directly across from a Virgin Active gym and the Canal Walk shopping centre. The hotel and it's facilities were excellent and the staff extremely helpful.
