Nothing "Extra" for a luxury price. No water in fridge, no handsoap, shampoo or bathsalts in bathroom. (Just basic crappy poor quality soap solutions) No variety of tea or coffee. Breakfast not included. A very basic accomodation at a very expensive price. I have stayed at much lower priced and much more expensive establishments that offer much better value and comfort for money. A very poor show for the money charged.

Layout of unit and buildings / location / décor VERY stylish. No-one around to help carry suitcases up stairs. Kind suggestion - when women book in, immediately call someone to assist; don't wait for them to ask for help.

The estate is beautiful, very modern upmarket finishings, luxurious. Clean, comfortable. The lounge and bar was a great place to relax during the cold rainy weather. Lovely fire burning. Very nice. Signage lights were out so I drove past the Estate. We brought this to the attention of the Reception staff. We also feel the bar could have a better offering in terms of liqueurs....only had Amarula ??

We booked a room in the lodge, but when we arrived, they were busy with renovations and we were upgraded to a luxury 2-bed-roomed unit at the same discounted price! The atmosphere is relaxed and rural. Beautiful views of the golf course and Stellenbosch mountains. The restaurant is super with a lovely setting. The location is very central between Cape Town, the wine route and the beaches. Overall a very relaxing stay. No free internet in unit

Mkt trevlig lägenhet för 4. Överträffade förväntningarna. 2 badrum i st f ett, som förväntades. Jättegod mat. Mycket bra golf på en fantastiskt fin och välskött bana.

Hôtel sympa. Nous avons pu faire du go'F. Le personnel a la réception était limite niveau sympathie.hors réception, il était adorable. L hôtel est super confortable.

Das Gut ist sehr schön gelegen. Das Restaurant war gut, die Bedienung freundlich. Wir haben kurzfristig ein Hotel o.Ä. gesucht, das verfügbar war mit unseren beiden Kindern für diese Nacht in der Nähe von Stellenbosch. Zimmer müssten mal modernisiert werden, Ausstattung relativ einfach, Einzelbetten viel zu schmal. Rezeption nicht sehr auskunftsfreundlich. Wir wurden nur eingecheckt und Zimmernummer wurde genannt. Areal steht anscheinend nur Golfern zur Verfügung. Pool war vergittert, anscheinend nicht zum Benutzen gedacht.

The setting was absolutely stunning. The accommodation was very comfortable. The food was delicious and excellent value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant environment. Friendly staff. Air-conditioners to room not working (warming). Noisy people in adjacent room who made a noise until about 00:30 A.M.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and luxurious. The food at the clubhouse was AMAZING. The apartment only got cleaned quite late in the afternoons. Also, there were numerous spiderwebs in the room which never got removed even though it was in a very obvious place and I asked for it to be cleaned. The chairs we had on our balcony were broken. You don't have any nice views, except for the swimming pool. There was no views on the mountains or vineyards. In all honesty, even though it was a great place to stay at, it was massively overpriced.

they upgraded us on arrival without us requesting it. very nice touch. the resturant. too small a menu and food acceptable but not great.

l'accueil et le site (dans un golf) et la propreté de la chambre rien il faut seulement être motorisé car le golf est en dehors du centre-ville.

I had a wonderful stay ! My husband did the Cape Epic and the staff were so supportave and frienly everyday ! It is a very quite venue and a good recipy for a good nights rest ! Thank you everyone !!! We will visit again !!

It is serviced and clean and the bigger apartments looked nice, the 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments which have their own kitchenette and lounge looked comfortable and spacious. Rather use these units than the standard rooms. The service is shocking. The front desk was run by this girl who even though was pleasant was not bright and could not adequately deal with our queries. We were not happy with the manager who did not great or smile once. Room service stops at 7:30 and you can't even get a bucket of ice once this happens. The cleaning staff leave at 5pm so make sure you hang your clean up my room sign or you will find that they will not and you'll have wet towels and dirty linen for the night.
