Airport Inn Bed and Breakfast  

It's just a very nice area, very peaceful (despite the occasional rumble of passing airplanes since it's close to or tambo) The staff are friendly and the food is decent. I would stay there again!

We were picked up in a reasonable time at the Rhodesfield station of the Gautrain. Clean room and amenities. Location adjacent to airport very good. Location adjacent to Gautrain station at Rhodesfield very good.

We enquired about a "take away breakfast", because our flight would depart at 06:50 the next morning. It was written in a book and we were promised a "take away breakfast." We also asked for a wake up call at 05:00, as well as to be transferred to the airport at 05:30. Luckily we set our own alarms and were already busy preparing when we were eventually awakened at 05:10. We then had to stand in the rain (together with another guest) in front of the reception area which was closed. At + - 05 :40 I had to phone for somebody to take us to the airport. At the airport there was almost no time for coffee and something to eat before our flight departed at exactly 06:50. please take notice for improvement in service for future guests !!!!!!!!!!!

It is close to the airport and the locaton is very quiet. The staff are very professional. It is also close to the mall.

The free shuttle from the airport was great! Convenient and well done.

Decent place, decent food and good price.

However the day we left for the airport it tiik ages for them to get ready with the shutle and we had to ask twice if we were going soon.. The shuttle left almost 20 min late and we almost missed our flight. Basically had to run through the airport and just made the fligh. This was very unprofessional of airport bed&breakfast.

The atmosphere there is just great!

Although i oredered breakfast, I never received it. The driver to and from Airport was exceptionaly nice- Leftie. Thank him on my behalf

The staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful. It's a very relaxing place as well.

The only thing we didn't like was that the tv remote's batteries were dead...That shows how great this place is. The only problem was dead batteries

Venue was chosen for me as convenient overnight transit hotel by staff member - Convenient, more realistically priced as compared to other hotels near the airport - E.G. the ludicrously overpriced Intercontinental (that is even more expensive than other comparable airport hotels worldwide).

Hotel disappoints because of poor food outlet, and poorly serviced facilities - tv remote did not work, and tv reception was poor, no internet from room, although internet in the hotel cafeteria was fine.

Everyone was very friendly and understanding. Justice--where would I be without you? Likely still driving around Kemptom Park. Thanks for being so obliging even during the early hours of the morning.

I felt that for the price this accommodation fulfilled everything and more. It was basic but the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and bigger than I expected with private patio at front. The bathroom/shower was very clean. There were two pools of which I would have used the one at the back had I been staying longer and there was a play area which would have been very useful had I had young children with me. The food was simple and basic but adequate with a fresh fruit salad which is rare in budget establishments where usually they provide tinned. They also provided a free shuttle service to the airport and actually laid on an extra time as the establishment was busy and other guests were requiring a trip at this time. However, I ended up the only one in the bus and they didn't ask for payment. (I didn't offer as it was checked out prior to arrival as I found this an issue with a previous hotel in the area which cost me r250 extra to the accommodation itself) They also provided me with some fruit late at night as my flight came in late. Extra touches to this basic accommodation made it a place I would definitely return too. Thank you.

I would probably provide more variety of healthy foods for breakfast as I do not like or eat a full cooked english breakfast even though I am english!!!

Cheap Accomodation

We had to wait over 40 mins to be picked up from the airport when Airport Inn is only a 5-10 min drive away. The person who picked us up did not even greet us nicely. Breakfast is served until 10am so we went along at 9.30am and had to eat what was left over and was cold! I would not stay there again.
