We checked in, saw our room and checked out again. This is a budget hotel, right on the edge of the airport runway and is not what we expected. Not good value for money |

Very little, phone line out of order so you cant call for the airport transfer, you will have to go by taxi and pay for it....I demanded a refund. I'm surprised that Booking.com put this quality on their www, its not even worth 3 stars, poor bed mattress, poor finishes, you even have to ask for your payment receipt. In fact the least said the better |

I liked the shuttle service and the accommodation itself. Very nice place to stay, beautiful gardens. Very calm place. Lack of wireless internet connection. |

The bed was comfortable and the grounds were well kept. I was only there 1 night so couldn't observe the listed categories. The exchange rate was poor only R6.00 to US$1.00. Dinner was not what I expected--TV dinner. The internet facility was not free as in some hotels. |

Justice, who picked us up at the airport was friendly and welcoming. Garden plantings were lush and beautiful. Shower surround leaked water all over the floor. |

Nothing. The place was just off the runway and noisy. Same food for lunch and breakfast. If have no car you are stuck at place for days!! The place could improve by being friendly and offer reasonable service in terms of foodand beverages. |

The free airport transfers were very much appreciated on the Friday as this allowed us more time/less hassels for our departure on the Saturday. We were too tired to worry about aircraft takeoffs and landings as the hotels convenient location was a bonus for us and we ignored the noise. Was there a curfew? |

Proximity to ortia, reliable pick-up from, and transfer back to airport. Diabolically uncomfortable pillows. Lack of waste bin in room. Teamaking facilities in room, but no milk. |

The supper was not "eatable". I mentioned this to the person behind the reception counter and they did not charged us for the meal. The breakfast was totally unapatising and the woman making the breakfast could not understand english or afrikaans. The breakfast was bland and the person who prepared it, had no idea what we wanted. |

The convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the room I was a bit taken aback that they didnt receive my flight number for the shuttle. I can understand that it may have gone astray but as I was clear that I needed a lift I would have appreciated them following it up. However, a very kind lady at the airport phoned them for me and they sent their driver quite quickly so no harm was done. |

Free hotel transfers, comfy beds and hot shower facility available - just enough for a overnight stay and the price was good. Family room was spacious and comfortable too. No food or snacks available at all on the premises. Arrived at 10pm and there were no shops near by that were walking distance that were opened which was unfortunate. |

It was very comfortable and quiet and the service was efficient. As it is an airport hotel you get to meet lots of interesting people from around the world. The buffet breakfast was included in the price and was also very tasty. |

My room was as I booked, upstairs and quiet. My wake up call was as I had asked. Staff were courteous and helpful. Ease of transport between hotel and airport. I would have liked clearer directions as to where to catch the airport shuttle bus. I was dropped off on the hotel grounds but the pick up point was on the street. It was a bit confusing. |

The property is overgrown and unkempt, it appears that the focus is one of "bodies in beds" with very little interest shown in the property. There are mounds of builders sand lying around and it is evident that this has been the caes for some time now, empty delapidated swimming pool is not a selling feature |
