Very conveniently located to the airport with a good shuttle service. Also good arrangements for city tours operating from the hotel. Would be ok in summer as also has a small swimming pool. Rooms were very cold with inadequate heating and no heating at all in bathroom. Hot water service in the bathroom (double room) was not adequate for two consecutive showers, so hot water ran out during second shower. This combined with the lack of heating made it an uncomfortable experience in winter. |

The convenience to the airport and also the fact that a shuttle service was available. The fact that the tariff for the hotel is ambiguous - it states an amount for the room and in the small print one finds that an extra person is an extra amount. One reads it as the room is a certain amount no matter how many persons are in the room. |

The best part was it's proximity to the or Tambo International Airport, but I also found my stay was pleasant and relaxing and the staff helpful. Unfortunately I was not aware of the excellent airport transfer service in time to arrange earlier collection of my rental car, though this was through no fault of the staff. |

Excellent reception at the airport, then at the hotel. Facilities perfectly adapted for a transit stay close to the airport. Well organized shuttle for the arrival and for the departure. |

The staff were incredibly helpful and for the price there is a surprising amount on offer. Very good value for money including the "luxury" room. It is a bit noisy and fixtures and fittings are showing their age a bit but not so it spoils your stay. |

The shuttle service and the bteakfast. The room furnishings and facilities were awful. There was a folding plastic door on the washroom which couldn't be opened without making a lot of noise. This was very annoying when we were trying to sleep after a 12 hour flight. At $100 Cdn this place was grossly overpriced. |

It was convenient to the airport for an overnight between flights and they provided shuttle service to and from the airport--very helpful! The breakfast was described as 'scrumptious' but that is an overstatement for eggs, toast and coffee. |

Only stayed one night so cannot give a good enough evaluation of the premises. However, the driver, Marius was very curtious, a top bloke. |

The airport pick-up and drop-off early in the morning was very efficient in a smart mini-bus type vehicle. It very much has the back-packers hostel feel, but is very near Jo'burg airport and so very easy if you have an early flight. Very friendly staff, but did not have time to sample the supper or breakfast, but they gave us a packed breakfast to take with us. Quite a bit of traffic and airport noise, but what you would expect when choosing a hotel conveniently near the airport! |

Location near Airport, and shuttle service The fact that the shuttle service did not leave at 1/2 hour only at hourly intervals - caused me to miss flight due to airline overbooking. |

This is a comfortable and safe property a short drive from O.R.tambo international airport in johannesburg. It provides an hourly shuttle service to the airport and picks up from the airport by prior arrangement. The room price includes an excellent breakfast. |

the beds were comfortable enough. breakfast was excellent it was great for a stop over not for long stay there was a mix up with the rooms and my nhusband and i ended up staying in the twin bedded room adjoining a double room. our room was more suitable for young lads. |
