The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The house keeping staff would still knock on the door even if the do not disturb sign is up. There is no privacy in the bathroom for you or your partner. The bathroom walls are made of glass and you can easily see your partner doing their business is the bathroom whether it's taking a shower (don't mind that) or using the toilet (not very romantic). Last but not least there is absolutely no wi-fi in the entire hotel, even though they advertise having wi-fi. You have to check out a lan cable from reseption.

Our group of 11 (couple of 2 and family of 4 from za and couple of 2 and family of 3 from uk) had to stay near Oliver Tambo Airport for one night on our way to Kruger National Park. Melissa (Europrime Hotels) exellently handled our reservation and all our requests! You were a star. Luxury accommodation at affordable prices. Needless to say, the uk family members once again all stayed there on their return to the uk.

i like the size of the room and the location. very convenient for me while i am on business. the hotel can improve on the tv channels. there is not much too chose from? and maybe offer some room service? i dont have a rental car and have to walk at night to get dinner.

I enjoyed my stay I stayed at both the hotel and the Lodge. Both are comfortable and warm. I had a challenge at the hotel, my mini bar was locked the whole time and I could not use the fridge to store water and beverages. The locking concept need to be reviewed. An alternative would be to keep the fridges in the rooms open and allow customers to order the beverage they need through the reception when they check in. That way people can use the fridges when they need to and they hotel staff cant worry about missing stock. I was allocated a room with two singe beds at the lodge - what for I have no idea. The second room i was allocated had no phone line for me to make calls, I ended up using the reception phone late at night

Le rapport qualité prix. J'ai payé 495 rand pour une chambre double soit 49.50 eur. La chambre était spacieuse. Internet gratuit. Proche de l'aéroport. L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport mais pas proche du centre de Johannesburg. Il faut un véhicule. Transport en taxi hyper cher. Pas de réseau de transport public développé. Nous avons loué un véhicule.

La ubicación es muy buena, la limpieza de la habitación excelente, baño muy limpio, buen desayuno y excelente atención. El baño es extremadamente pequeño, es preciso solo para estadías cortas. En la noche se escucha mucho ruido de los huéspedes que llegan de madrugada al hotel.
