The bathroom was spacious with all amenities woking and clean. No Smoking in rooms and the balcony on which you may smoke is not even large enough to place a chair. The breakfast was of the poorest standard I have had on many hotel stays. TV chanel choices very poor.

Tranquility in the city,accessiblity to the mall,airport and near to the place of my meeting-Birchwood hotel and free shuttle to and fro the meeting venue...friendly staff and the general confort of the room! more effort could be made in the cleanliness of the bathroom!for the first two days of my stay the bath was not well cleaned and the towels although clean I think they have to be replaced from time to time...they were a bit old!

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Tainted windows allows you to enjoy the sun without feeling the heat extend. The rooms are exquisite and eco-friendly realy impressed me. The breakfast is excellent.

I like the locations, very stunning brand. I like that it is an outside setup I am a hotelier working in hotels I like the outside option that your unit provides. The cleanliness of the rooms is pretty good, the Linen however is stained, torn, but clean, I have found hair under the pillows. It was the 4th time staying with Europrime Hotel and each time I requested & paid for a late checkout but I always get bothered by housekeeping and front office to verify my checkout time. I have always booked through Booking.com and Agoda as well. The last stay was very unpleasant due to this I lost my temper and have made up my mind not to return to your unit. The Front Office guy from Early shift Sunday he even went as far as saying that I owed them a day use amount when I paid cash on check in. The communication between Front Office and Housekeeping is very poor as Rooms Division they need systems and controls to ensure such irritation isn't caused for guest. I am a hotelier and I cannot understand why they inconvenience guests so much.

i like the size of the room and the location. very convenient for me while i am on business. the hotel can improve on the tv channels. there is not much too chose from? and maybe offer some room service? i dont have a rental car and have to walk at night to get dinner.

環境安全，早餐很好 接送車次安排不好，會讓人等。浴室水孔會堵住。雙人房(雙單人床)空間跟單人房一樣大小。需要自備拖鞋與盥- 洗用具。

Excellent value for money. Reception staff is incompetent with the exception of christine. She delivers excellent service. I made a booking for my guest for when they return, and the next morning, when Christine checked, it was not done!!!! This is really embarresing as my guest are from overseas. Also had a lot of problems confirming my booking untill christine sorted it out.

Room comfortable. Reception staff extremely helpful. Did not find the restaurant staff friendly or helpful. Restaurant area very nice. Lady not helpful or friendly. I came down at 09:30 for breakfast and most of the items were finished already. Maybe I was too late.
