Europrime Hotel  

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly.

The house keeping staff would still knock on the door even if the do not disturb sign is up. There is no privacy in the bathroom for you or your partner. The bathroom walls are made of glass and you can easily see your partner doing their business is the bathroom whether it's taking a shower (don't mind that) or using the toilet (not very romantic). Last but not least there is absolutely no wi-fi in the entire hotel, even though they advertise having wi-fi. You have to check out a lan cable from reseption.

The location is close to conference facilities and shopping complex

I enjoyed my stay

I stayed at both the hotel and the Lodge. Both are comfortable and warm. I had a challenge at the hotel, my mini bar was locked the whole time and I could not use the fridge to store water and beverages. The locking concept need to be reviewed. An alternative would be to keep the fridges in the rooms open and allow customers to order the beverage they need through the reception when they check in. That way people can use the fridges when they need to and they hotel staff cant worry about missing stock. I was allocated a room with two singe beds at the lodge - what for I have no idea. The second room i was allocated had no phone line for me to make calls, I ended up using the reception phone late at night

Good Facilities, location and seems seems secure

I always stay at the Europrime hotel when I am on business on the East Rand . Great value for money and Comfort as well as a great breakfast and a touch of class. Thank you

Stayed in Room 0013 the shower was not working properly and it was so late when i got back to my room to shower after a meeting that i didnt want to report the problem and wait for maitenance to fix it. So i sort of had a drop of water shower. Room service should check showers when they make the rooms up to avoid this happening. As people get back from their meetings and just want to have a shower and go to sleep. Did report it the next morning when i checked out.

Non funzionava il condizionatore e c erano scarafaggi nella stanza.

Le rapport qualité prix. J'ai payé 495 rand pour une chambre double soit 49.50 eur. La chambre était spacieuse. Internet gratuit. Proche de l'aéroport.

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport mais pas proche du centre de Johannesburg. Il faut un véhicule. Transport en taxi hyper cher. Pas de réseau de transport public développé. Nous avons loué un véhicule.

Goede internet verbinding, schone en ruime kamer. Het is een goede locatie tov het vliegveld van Johannesburg. Prijs /kwaliteit verhouding erg goed.

Receptie bij aankomst een beetje sloom.
