aircon didnt work, internet wasnt included in rate noisy needs a facelift. i booked based on the high score, which i felt wasnt accurate.

Rooms were being painted and the halls still smelled of fresh paint - both good and bad.

Good hotel for those needing a one night lay over. Close to the airport and good shuttle service. Breakfast is included and it good.

We were checked in by Maynard at the reception desk, he was very friendly and helpful and should be commended for his positive attitude.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and too high. Upon check out we were not given a car park exit ticket and had to return to the reception desk to leave the hotel premises. This was very frustrating as we were running late for a flight.

Efficient, economical connection for overnight very near the airport for travel transfers and connections. Good beds, excellent breakfast buffet, and an upbeat attached Irish pub for light dinner with comfort food and liquid refreshments.

For someone not familiar with the route to you need to take with your luggage cart from the airport to where you get the shuttle to the hotel, that part of the experience proved a bit of a challenge along with a r10 tip for a guide to help us thread our way through several turns, ups and downs.

Clean, good food in the restaurants, very comfortable, beautiful room, helpful staff.

Not a very nice neighborhood, not sure if it was safe to run for exercise, I thought it was expensive.

The shuttle service to/from the airport was late on both my trips which was annoying given that I called to confirm the schedule beforehand. The receptions staff were really unfriendly -I asked for a two pronged plug and some conditioner. Neither were supplied.

The Garden Court is very well-managed. The staff is courteous, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable with excellent linen. The buffet breakfast is varied and very good. Excellent hotel for overnight stay and close to the airport with free shuttle.

Too little info....wasnt told at reception that I had to buy a voucher to use internet. No one knew which tv channels were available. No booklet or info sheet in the bedroom to give such info or any tel numbers incase of emergency and even after requesting this none was available

Since breakfasts is served at 6:30am, I was a bit anxious as I had an early flight and was afraid that I would miss my flight.

I wanted a hotel close to the airport. That was the most important factor when I booked. Stayed only 1 night between flights. Good hotel for a short stay. Not much to do outside the hotel.
