Location and security eg parking. Very good breakfast. Professional receptionist. I think her name was Christine. Very pleasant and helpful. The WiFi connection kept on cutting out after 10 min. I should have inquired about it earlier and then it would have been sorted out. We had booked in for two days. It would have been nice if enough tea bags would have been supplied for the 2 days. (without asking again)
