lack of activities for kids if the weather is gloomy. My son a places with no game room is not for him.
free wifi so I caught up on my work whilst relaxing. they create an environment that wants you say I want to spend all my money here. great hospitality from manager to house keeping
Dinner buffet could have been much better.
Very friendly stuff.
Ambience, excellent dinner and staff attitude.

The friendliness of personnel and management
food was good not great on this visit
We only stayed at the property overnight and left the following morning, there is nothing that springs to mind that we did not like.
We used Ghost Mountain Inn as a stop over, only arriving just before midnight. The ability to check in late is a bonus and the security of the property is good. The room was comfortable and the location is very, especially if you want to do some bird watching. We will return and spend a few nights next time.
The airconditioner in our room was extremely noisy.
The staff were very friendly particularly on reception. We were just passing through so did not have a meal but they organised a very nice packed breakfast for us.
Towels and dinner menu. Breakfast also fairly standard would expect more from 4 star.
Activities, spa and location excellent
The pricing is little bit out of range for normal South African.
The breakfast was great
I loved the superior room, having both the shower and bath separately, the air-con and the small fridge.
Toilet area in room a little small. Prices are obviously geared to foreign tourists who are spending Euros. Quite pricey for S African holiday makers!
The setting Service was excellent. Room and view from patio very pleasing.
Too big to have charm Too far from the game reserve (more then 15 Km of rough road) Food for dinner mediocre Staff at reception not very knowledgeable of the attractions around (particularly Mkuze)
Comfortable, clean, nice garden, waiters and other staff
The Bathroom was not clean. The bathroom is in need of a revamp
The room was nice The meals were good
The supper was a south african braai .. i do believe that with the amount of foreign travelers that were evident it would hv taken just a bit more effort and had the meal served fresh from a braai .. with table settings laid out better >> rather than just as a buffet. so supper was disappointing to say the least
Breakfast was good
Gym and our Room looked aged, WiFi was only available in the Foyer area, Trainee Female chef knocked a spoon and Pea's on the floor and did not bother to pick them up, Road outside of Inn is littered with Sugar Cane (looks untidy).
Friendliness of Staff, Gardens, Bar and surrounding area, Security, Spa facility and Menu, Tour Guide.
Grounds are quiet and lush; msny types of birds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms and meals are excellent
The early morning noise from the trucks passing through the gravel road next to our rooms.
Its greatest asset is its ever cheerful & very attentive staff.
Would it be possible to have cheaper pub lunch-type meals?
Friendliness of staff Lovely location + boardwalk etc overlooking dam/lake
I think it's quite expensive for what is offered.
Friendliness of the staff
Costing of evening meal. thought it was poor form to have a buffet then have a cost for two courses and a R50 loading to have all three. Really guys, surely R150 per head is enough. Is a chocolate mousse dessert really worth R50? As a SA citizen, felt this was excessive. noticed a lot of EU accents around, so dividing by 10 made the difference miniscule for them. Thought it was overall poor form though to charge R200 for what was essentially a barbecue. Whole practice struck me as money-grubbing-something unworthy of a **** establishment with and international and reasonably upmarket local clientele.
Overall experience very positive, staff friendly, everything well organised, location great, lagoon awesome. peace and quiet
Everything , awesome place , staff and food
In this day and age when people are travelling it is almost unheard of that you do not have internet in the rooms. I used the board room which was ok but I travel worldwide and I did not even consider that a facility of your standard ,location and cost would not have internet in the rooms.
I liked the atmosphere of the establishment. The staff were super helpful and the food was good.
Coffee at breakfast - would prefer freshly made on order. Otherwise breakfast excellent.
Lovely bar/eating/lounge areas. Beautifully laid out with a lot of attention to detail. Good WIFI in lounge. Staff friendly and attentive. Room very good, good quality toiletries.
