The serene environment is very good.The staff are responsive to issues and very courteous.

No internet facilities in the room.

I loved the roominess and airiness of the apartment/room I had. It was clean, well furnished and whatever didnt work well was replaced quickly. The room was a bit cold especially the tiled floors but the bed did have an electric blanket and another portable heater. More stuff (scourer/sponge)needs to be put in the kitchen to making washing up easier. The owner and his staff are very warm and friendly and were lovely to my small kids. The location was superb for me and very near Sandton city and other locations.

The breakfast selection was just okay; what put me off was their dishes were never clean - glasses, plates, cutlery, etc which is quite putting off.

I liked the spaciousness of the accommodation.The lounger was a bit on the small side for my wife and I to relax on.The kitchen staff headed by Frank were very friendly and accommodative.Thank you gents.

No keys to any of the inside doors?The door leading to the kitchen from outside had no key either.We slept with an open door in Johannesburg.Thank God I did not tell my wife who would have demanded we leave immediately.DSTV Was a bit of a let down with only certain stations and unable to switch to all sports channels of choice.

- room was a bit outdated, and that gives the impression it is not clean. They are restoring many rooms, so maybe I just had an old room. - fridge made a lot of noise so I turned it off

When we arrived they did not know about our booking. That was very uncomfortable and not nice. They booked us in a one room apartment and we had to move the next day to a two bedroom apartment which was our original booking. We would like to know were the problem were.

Fumagation attempted while we were still occupying the room. Coffee shop/breafast not inviting, selection was poor, but for roughly same price great breakfasts are available at nearby cafes.

Rooms we clean and furnished well.

The dstv channels were not what were advertised on the room card. Very disappointed with the tv. Coiuld not watch the channels I required. Also no wireless connection that was also advertised as being available

Excelente ubicacion, a pocos metros de Sandton Gautrain station y muy cerca de Nelson Mandela Square. Excelente atencion.

The proximity to Sandton Business Centre while retaining the ambience of family house.

Some of the entrance doors to the rooms should be changed,it makes a lot of noise when opening or closing especially Apartment 25 where l stayed.

Not honest hotel because they gave me misled information,their website says free wi -fi but my I phone 4s would not connect and they kept saying it was my phone,when I could connect quite easly all across Santdon city,they were not supportive or honest about it.

evrything was great. really nice to have your own lovley apartment and the freedom that goes with it

The Service received at reception immediately set the tone for what was to come. Frank was amazing. We were early due to our flights. He assured us that we would be well taken care of and kept his word until our departure. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The staff were all super friendly and accomodating. We will definitly stay at Glenalmond again.

We arrived 30 minutes befor check in time, the room was not ready, so we went to the mall - when we got back to the room around 16:00 one of the beds is the room were still not made up. The cleaner sorted it out though.
