There were no hassles about our booking and one could easily amend payment method with the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful without any problem. One of the ladies"from house keeping was helpful in coming to my husband's rescue and assisted with the sewing of his pants" hem. That is a sign of good hospitality. The lady in charge of house keeping also manged to secure a room for us after the receptionist had erroneously booked us in an an unkept room that was in the process of being cleaned. . There is a need to "beef up"" security services so as to assist the said personnel to avail information and guide guests accordingly. There was one security guard at the gate who also had to run around to offer assitance and open boom gates leading to the parking area which could be time consuming.

The buffet restaurant Rockafellas.great staff and location. The rate quoted on the website was not the rate charged so we felt ripped off! The breakfast was slow and disappointingly limited.
