Well, thank you for your interest in us and our neighborhood! well as the "silent season is starting right now, from Friday 24.06."Gordon's Bay Winterwonderland time of the year is starting till 18.07.2016. and all around year there are several local events, even only to mention several sunday family markets from here to Stellenbosch,+- 30kms. We got the Cheetah conservation about 9km away in the Strand. The wine routes are around the corner. There is only a foot -walk of +- 300 Meters down hillside the centre of Gordon's Bay, the beaches and all the other amenities in very short distance, easy to reach. There are family restaurants and other local restaurants where you are still getting value for money, but there are as well Spur-and Ocean-Basket places around, even like children playgrounds and playgrounds for adults like Golf-courses etc, Jogging and hiking trails, penguin colonies etc. well still around the year lots of things to exhibit.
