Green Park Manor    

The area is very nice, out of the city and easy to access. Close to montecasino which is very nice to have dinner. The guesthouse is very nice, it is in the middle between a hotel and a house

Our room was not very good located inside the house. We had to leave our car outside because there was no more parking space inside

Very impersonal and way overpriced

no pool perhaps could have made a gesture, knowing that it was an anniversary? Nothing hectic, but a card, or flowers? glass of wine??

We attended a show at Mortecasino and Green Park Manor is situated conveniently nearby. We found the guest house very clean, quiet and private. The staff (the two ladies we talked to), were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perhaps not enough parking space.

The breakfast amount should be optional, they don't say what is included in their breakfast etc. more parking is also required

Our third stay at Green Park, as always, comfortable and peaceful. Staff are great.

I felt very welcome at Green Park Manor. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with check in / out times. The bed was super comfortable and I wish I had had more time to spend there.

Street is 8 Malgas and not just Malgas ave. the guesthouse does not fill the street! 8 it is A signboard was obvious a option extra that was just outside the budget?! Aircon too much to ask for?

The map I think is very poor we phoned the numb er on the booking slip and were told to turn into Penguin Road well Penguin road does not have a sign. We went out to dinner and came back and there was no space for us to park and we were leaving early next morning fortunately we found a man sitting on the verandah who could not get into his room as the key he had been given did not fit nor did the key we had been given to get into the house for breakfast. He moved his car so that we could park one of the primary reason we stayed was safe parking as our car was loaded. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet the bathroom door makes a scraping sound as you pushed it and we could hear people who seemed to be in a room above us talking for about an hour and the light outside our room did not have a switch on either the inside of the room or the outside and the blinds in the room do not go right to the edge so we had this light shinning in the room all night. I definitely would nto go back there

Easy to find and comfortable

It is very cosy and relaxing. the garden is amazing and the overall feel of the place is great.

The garden while listening to the bird life. Very quite.

The stairs to the top room were broken and loose. They must fix them. If anyone is going to fell due to the fact that the stairs is not repair, I am afraid they are definetely going to be sued. The stairs are very, very unsafe to say the least.

Dirty linen in the bedroom and bathroom.

It was sufficient for my over night stay

It was not for a long term stay. The place is very cold. There are no carpets in the room nor mats. Its all concrete. The shower was blocked and the water filled the shower. Due to the coldness am coming down with a flu.

Cosy and simple, I was quite comfortable staying there. Happy to stay there again and probably will on my next trip to Johannesburg.

The Lodge had a good feel. I liked the patio and garden. The rooms were clean and attractive. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe.

It would have been more comfortable to have extra standard sized pillows. There was nothing that I disliked.

The staff were awesome, A lovely way to spend our 17th anniversary (away from 4 children... mom & dad time) Thanks

Only negative was we had to leave at 6h30 and would have appreciated a packed breakfast for the trip, as breakfast was only served from 7h00.

The parking is a bit small.

I loved the beautiful white room, it felt very luxurious. The garden is majestic and makes one feels relaxed the moment you arrive. Breakfast is lovely and the facilities are modern and chic.
