The staff were friendly and responded well to complaints. We stayed in a room just above the reception area, which means that we heard every guest's arrival and departure, as well as taxi movement. This area is simply not conducive to be used to host any guests, considering that no acoustical treatment was used in the design of the room. For a four star hotel, the mattresses were terrible. The hotel is situated in such a manner that it picks up all surrounding environmental noises - on the southern side you hear 6 lanes of highway traffic, on the northern side you will hear all the industrial noises emerging from a very busy harbour area. Despite claiming to be a non-smoking establisment, smoking is permitted on balconies, whith smoke drifting into adjecent rooms.

Clean and modern hotel. The hotel is situated at the Waterfront but it is not very close to the commercial, touristic centre of the Waterfront. The hotel is a bit hidden behind the Convention Center.

Luxurious finishes Location - We were given the impression that this was on the v&a waterfront in Capetown ,it was not, it was next to a noisy container terminal and we needed to drive to the v&a . We were woken at 02h30 with banging and reverse sirens from the terminal View - If looking at containers is your thing then this is the place for you

Excellent service. The room with balcony was outstanding. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities one could want. Even though it was just a short taxi ride to the V&A Harbor, we would have liked to be a little closer to the Harbor so that we could easily walk there.

Situated conveniently near to the Cape Town Waterfront. The hotel is new and it is on a canal where a water taxi takes you to and from the Waterfront every 15 minutes. The view towards the harbour is not great, very industrial. There is not a direct link between the hotel and the harbour, even though the harbour is right across the street from the hotel. You have to take a taxi to get to the harbour, maybe the hotel can think of providing a free shuttle service from the hotel to the harbour for guests going on boat trips.

The room was tidy an big enough. In the lobby is a printer you can use. Good selection at breakfast (lots of fruits). Wireless is not included in the price and also for hotbreakfast you have to pay extra. Another thing is that the hotel is not directly situated at the waterfront, so you have to go about 10 minutes by foot, which is not recommended in the evening.

Excellent and modern room design and was delighted with the upgrade. Only that we had continual trouble with internet access and finally gave up the effort.

Staff were always very friendly and accommodating. They always greeted you with a smile and went out of their way to help make your stay the best possible. Each day, we got a chocolate and card on the bed stating the following days weather. It was a small gesture which we really appreciated when planning the following days activities. There was no door separating the room and the bathroom, the wall was also only frosted glass so we were able to see each others silhouettes while showering.

The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The Hotel Room and bathroom facilities are excellent. The only problem is that the hotel is located right next to a extremely busy motorway. The noise pollution is extreme. I requested another room away from the traffic which the hotel staff kindly allocated. However, it made no difference. If you are a light sleeper like myself, I would not recommend this hotel.

I loved the cleanliness of the room , liked the flexibility of the staff as they helped secure and early check in . They were very efficient , responsive and friendly. The room service was superb , the room service guy was well mannered and well trained . I liked that it was somewhat secluded from all the traffic and city confusion. I liked the restaurants menu They can arrange in room massages the furniture and decor are just right . oh and it was cute to find a bible and a tea-light candle for that morning meditation in the bedside drawer. I hated the extra early check out time of 10am . Way too early . Please kindly review this policy . Also if I may suggest scented rooms as there needs to be a welcoming scent not just a bland welcome.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Was a short walk to centre of Cape Town. For the price we paid which didn't include breakfast we thought it was overpriced. The room was disappointing as we had booked an 'executive deluxe room'. There was only a blind between the bedroom and bathroom and it didn't have any luxury feel. Though you could see a view of the mountain from one side the view towards the harbour wasn't very nice and when we walked to town we were accosted by beggars.

The service particularly stood out for me. The satff pays attention to detail, are warm and very welcoming. Its one of the best places I have stayed at in Cape Town. I also loved the evening The one thing that I did not like was when house-keeping came in the morning, they would just knock once and then immediately barge in, not even allowing us time to answer them to say that we were still busy. I thibnk they need to be very cautious of that and allow guests to at least answer to their knock without just barging in. It can be very embarassing on all parties.

Conveniently situated close to highway and Waterfront. We always book one bedroom apartments when in Cape Town and the stay at Harbour Bridge was indeed value for money when compared to general hotel rooms. And very pleased with the quality bathroom fittings, overall finishings and German appliances in the kitchen.

Great value! Located adjacent to the Westin Hotel and Convention Center and walking distance to v & a waterfront. Rooms are beautiful and beds are wonderfully comfortable. It's also located on the canal so you can take a riverboat to the waterfront. Front desk people are friendly and very accommodating.
