Very clean, the staff was very friendly and the location is good (near Waterfront). The Internet connection was extremely expensive, and only one person can log. Definitely a problem they should solve.

The hotel is not in the heart of the V&A waterfront area but it has easy access via taxi or water taxi, the canal system will get you there and the water taxi will pick up and drop off right to your hotel. If you would like to shop or eat in the heart of the city, this hotel is excellent. A short walk or taxi will get you wherever you need to be. Great place to stay.

The stay was very pleasant and we were very satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the Hotel. The room was excellent and met our needs and it was a sure pleasure staying there. The staff really went that extra mile to make our stay special and we would like to thank them for that. The facility is of a very high standard and I would gladly recommend it to any traveller.

Location was perfect to accommodate all of our needs. We were in Cape Town to compete in the Argus Cycle challenge. The location of the hotel was perfect for easy access to both the start and finish of the event. The room was perfect and totally suited our requirements.

The room and the staff were OK We did not like the location it is not V&A Waterfront I specifically asked for a Waterfront Hotel . The location was bad when you sat and had breakfast you had a view of containers being loaded or unloaded. There was no shuttle bus to take us into the Waterfront, it was a good walk. The outside of the hotel looked like a flat complex as did the corridors and stairs. It is not a 4 star hotel.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly. Falicia at reception and Sam in the bar were so lovely. The room was very comfy and clean and the location made reaching the waterfront too easy. There was obviously smoking in a room near our room as the passageway always stank like smoke. I would suggest doing away with smoking entirely or keeping them completely separate from non-smoking rooms (this should include the balconies).

Excellent service. The room with balcony was outstanding. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities one could want. Even though it was just a short taxi ride to the V&A Harbor, we would have liked to be a little closer to the Harbor so that we could easily walk there.

The room was tidy an big enough. In the lobby is a printer you can use. Good selection at breakfast (lots of fruits). Wireless is not included in the price and also for hotbreakfast you have to pay extra. Another thing is that the hotel is not directly situated at the waterfront, so you have to go about 10 minutes by foot, which is not recommended in the evening.

The exterior and interior is very modern . professional and friendly staff The empty gravel lot next to the hotel was a put off , but after meeting the staff and entering the building , we realized how modern and luxurios it was .

Staff were always very friendly and accommodating. They always greeted you with a smile and went out of their way to help make your stay the best possible. Each day, we got a chocolate and card on the bed stating the following days weather. It was a small gesture which we really appreciated when planning the following days activities. There was no door separating the room and the bathroom, the wall was also only frosted glass so we were able to see each others silhouettes while showering.
