Location and friendly hotel staff
Cost of Wifi was expensive and the bar at the hotel closed at 10pm.
Good service when things went wrong - good manager. Nice size suites, largest ones.
Water boiler for room broke down and had to move room next day.
Stayed 2 nights in different rooms. 2nd night excellent self catering room overlooking harbour
Block B (1st night)looking into adjacent block of rooms from balcony.
Everything except the location. Its not easy getting out to town
Nothing really. Just the fact that u cant walk out to town u need to take a taxi
Central and easy access to highways
Staff were very friendly and professional. I liked the hop on hop off boat which comes past the hotel every 20 minutes so I did not have to use my car to get to the waterfront. Location is great
Close to Big Bus
Website is misleading We thought we were staying in the Waterfront area when in fact it is not. You could not even walk there and needed to go by taxi
Location besides being diputable has some Advantages. Kitchen and breakfeast is OK, Service too. Easy Access to the City Center.
Security was denied for the free parking spot. Extremly loud if loading and deloading of Containers take place (even with closed windows. Recommend a room/appartment to the inner yard, if any.
The room was spacious and the decor was very nice. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The staff at reception were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
The breakfast was not to standard for the price. Very small variety and hot food very dry and tasteless. Had to leave the hotel for a nice breakfast .
Proximity to the waterfront
Sleeping with my wife on two separate single beds
Good service. The ground floor suite was spacious and had a full kitchenette with medium size fridge. It is not in the V& A Waterfront but is only short drive or water ferry away. Just outside of the center of town so it is not noisey and only a short walk away.
Some noisy tourists had a party until 3am in their room. The kitchen bin in my non smoking room smelt of dirty ashtray.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mercy was the best.
I love the modern and comfortable rooms. It is only a short taxi ride to the V&A Waterfront; or you can take the lovely canal boat. The staff are always happy and helpful.
The only thing I would prefer is a double bed rather than two singles pushed together.
Close to the highway. Easy acces to the waterfront area with the nice boat shuttle. Very convenient while the hotel has a good secured parking.
That area around the hotel is rather industrial, but the nice design and action next to the water compensates it well.
The hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Seconds away from waterfront mall. Quiet place, secure parking....loved it. I strongly recommend
Conveniently close to waterfront. We did not eat dinner or breakfast so cannot comment but staff were friendly.
View from room was of abandoned docklands. Highly uninviting. Room ok but very limited TV channels.
the fact that we should pay WIFI the fact that breakfast was not included
cleanliness staff very helpful and friendly
on our last evening we planned to eat in the hotel we had been out most of the day on returning at 4pm found a note informing us there was a wedding and we could not have access to either the bar or restaurant very BAD PRACTICE as we were forced to eat in our room MORE NOTICE SHOULD BE GIVEN PLEASE
Didn´t apreacite to understand that I was staying behind the city´s port full of containers. You can´t walk no where from the hotel. It does´t have a gym. I don´t understand why it was given 4 stars. Everything is charged. To sum up I find the ratio cost/benefit too much for an hotel like this.
Staff Cleanliness Beds
Difficult to access esp late at night. Rather sterile furnishings and décor. Web payment confusing.
The view from the balcony , the bed was cormfortable and there was a small frigde.
50mb free per day
Staff, location, comfort and location
