La gentilezza e la disponibilita' dello staff; appena arrivato ho avuto la piacevole sorpresa di un upgrade della stanza, una grande stanza con terrazzo, silenziosa, ideale pr il relax e lo studio. L'hotel era vicinissimo al CTICC per cui era comodissimo per partecipare al Convegno cuipartecipavo. |

I thought the room was great well designed and very clean. The standard of food in the restaurant was excellent and very good value for money. The bar staff were all very attentive and friendly. The facilities were excellent. |

manager, bobby-lee was great...made us feel at home.thanks dewald needs to brush up on his customer service, if i am the client i need to be treated like i am the only one who exist in that moment, we had an incident at the hotel where the the panic alarm went off and we paniced and rush out, justine ask what was going on and dewald just rushed pasted us.... |

Rooms were bright, clean and modern Access to room was external to reception area (had to go outside to get to room), room felt separate from the hotel. Hotel was advertised as walking distance to V&A area. In fact it is a taxi ride and leaflet in room stated not to walk for security reasons. |

Good location near Conventio Centre - about 15 min walk from waterfront shopping area. New and modern - nice environment - very quiet and comfortable pool is located on the roof top but is very small |

Nice hotel with view to table mountain. Small roof terrace and pool. Restaurant very quiet, good food. Contempory furnishings and nice balcony. water taxi can be called. Footpath to Waterfront not yet open, had to take a taxi as is a 20min walk. Near main road but has double glazing. Area seems to be developing but will probably be really nice once it is all finished. |

Room very good standard with all modern appliances etc Disjointed services - Reception in a different building to bar/restaurant Access by road/path to V & A Waterfront was very difficult despite being nearby Reception Staff not very helpful but other staff very pleasant |

I enjoyed the decor of the bedrooms and close proximity to the Watrefront. The only complaint I would have was being charged for a cup of coffee in the morning as we hadn't booked breakfast. |

Room and staff Advertised water taxi to waterfront - this service actually ends at 5 pm! The "shortcut" walk to the waterfront advertised as 10 minutes was closed so we had to walk along the road - 25 minutes. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. |

The staff were extremely helpful. The suite was lovely and very clean. Excellent food in restaurant. Overall a 5 star rating from us! Restaurant lacks character but the food and service made up for that! |

We really enjoyed our stay at the Harbour Bridge Hotel. Our room was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful and the location was great. Our only complaint would be that there was no seating on the balcony so we didn't get to use it. |

Modern and clean hotel on periphery of both city centre and V & A waterfront. Some good views of Table Mountain and on tourist canalside which was clean and well maintained. Small rooftop pool with good views over city. Pleasant helpful staff and nice informal bar/restaurant. Security appeared to be a priority for the staff making us feel safe at all times. The location is unusual as direct walking to V & A along canal walkway is restricted meaning a 20minute walk instead of 10. Some rooms overlooked a working industrial dockside |

The price was very good. I think that the location being a little far from town and the waterfront lends an inexpensive price. The staff was exceptionally accommodating! It would have been nice if the water taxi was running. Also, it would be nice to have a screen or shade between the bathroom and bedroom to afford a little privacy. |

the hotel was new and clean. The porter was very good. there was champagne is the fridge for our anniversary which was a nice touch. on arrival the the receptionist was on the phone and checked us in while on the phone. She did not explain the facilities of the hotel and told us that breakfast was between 6 and 7. The porter then corrected her and told us all about the hotel. Also did not like the open bathroom, as a couple a little bit of privacy is needed. |
