Fica razoavelmente proximo ao Waterfront, dando p/ ir a pé. A falta de funcionários para ajudar com a bagagem no check-in. No meu caso, que tinha bastante bagagem, o recepcionista teve que sair da recepção (deixando de atender outros clientes no tel) para me ajudar a retirá-las do taxi e leva-las ao 3º andar. O quarto ficava a uns 40m do elevador. Não fui informado que havia a possibilidade de enviar roupas à lavanderia (já que existe uma máq. de lavar no quarto), nem da existencia de internet. Em minha opinião, falta treinamento aos poucos funcionários, e o conforto oferec rnet no local. Fnem havia sinalização no quarto, que havo no check-in, |

Very nice apartment, large with balcony overlooking the mountain. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Loved the space, beds are comfortable. Nice apartment in the wrong location. The newly opened Cape Quarter is very close and it is a delightful area Situated on a very busy junction and Cape Town is a city that never sleeps, needless to say that the noise in the main bedroom will drive you up the wall. No AC in bedrooms so you have to open the windows. We booked transport to the airport with a company of our choice but ?Tyron decided to change it to the company of his choice and scheduled the transport for 8pm instead of 8am, fortunately the situation was recovered by the reception staff. Not safe to walk at night and definitely not close to the waterfront. Keep in mind that taxis are very expensive. |

I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of standard and cleaniness of the large studio i got. A well aquiped pentry. TV with a large selection channels to choose from. Nice view of the Table mountain. Also worth mentioning that the appartment was cleaned, bed done and dishes washed every single day during my stay. It took an awfully long time to check in. They eventually got everything right after about 20 minutes. I was therefore out in good time for the checkout but that took only seconds. |

Good price, ideal for young families, plenty of space, well equipped and furnished. Lack of aircon in bedrooms, very stuffy. Overlooking busy road junction so opening window too noisy. In heart of CBD so 'harbour edge' description is pushing it a little! |

the hotel is near to the water front arround 10 min walking, it has a nice bath room, fully furntured kitchen modern locking. the stuff was helpfull the day i made the reservation i asked for two seperate beds, thay didnt make that, the swiming pool was durty, and the most strange thing, you have to bay to the hotel to use the phone, not to make an external call but make the internal once, like calling the reception !! |

Great hotel! Great stay ... loved every minute of it. The hotel was in a bit of a bad area.Also, I got to the hotel late at night, and had a few problems checking in as the security staff did not know how to check anyone in. I had made payment online, and had to make payment again, and then got refunded the following day. Not a big problem. |

It was close to the waterfront. The staff was very friendly. It was nicely decorated. The apartment we stayed in was not clean properly it was very dusty. The table and chairs on the balcony was full of dust. The cups in the cupburts was dusty, even the towels in the bathrooms. It was like the apartment was standing empty for a while. It was not cleaned before we came. |

I was meeting up with my parents in Cape Town and we were having difficulty finding accomodations for three sharing in many of the traditional hotels. I was also traveling with two smokers. Although the Harbor Edge is non-smoking, I enquired about their balconies and they said smoking was permitted outside on the balcony. The hotel was perfect for us, but note that there aren't the usual hotel amenities. Many of the units in this building are actual homes, and it seems some of the un-sold units are used as hotel/accomodations. There is a small pool and gym and security at the entry 24 hours a day that also double as a concierge and can always call a taxi. |

The worst place I have ever stayed. Appalling location overlooking one of the busiest road crossings in the City. Pool was tiny and filthy. Also in a very high crime area - I was mugged in the middle of the day. My South African friends were horrified by how dangerous it was and made me change hotels. |

Lovely apartment which was well decorated and spacious. The pool is not very inviting (and very cold!). Also, the location is not great, it looks over a motorway and is in a part of town which is extremely quiet at night, such that you cannot walk anywhere after dark. |

As detailed, the room was as expected. Safe, secure parking was a big plus. A terrace was mentioned, but it was really a small area with slatted window frames. Not really a problem as the street noise most of the time is too loud. |

Location was perfect for the harbour and easy access to the transport links. The cleaners broke the shower door and it wasn't replaced whilst we were there, however the staff were uunderstading and allowed us extra time to check out based on this problem. |
