Being a first timer i was completely blown away.Stayed in the executive room 1421.The whole stay was excellent,and the food especaially th breakfast was great.Will definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and regretted we were only staying one night (on the way to Hluhluwe Game Park). It's an easy 3-hour drive from that area of Durban north to the nature reserves.

The location for my purpose of visit was great! The hotel staff tried to rectify whatever was wrong The basin was blocked when we arrived, we had to wait for a maintenance man to fix it.....The bathroom amenities were really sparse, I had to ask for a vanity kit, facecloths and extra towels. No slippers or bathrobe.I was surprised this Hilton is not up to the usual Hilton standard!

Everything as wonderful, great staff compliment and lovely room. My only complaint is about the food. The room service staff was friendly, helpful and prompt. But all the food was a major dissappointment for us. We orderd: lamb chops ( really horrible, tasted off is my best discription:( club sandwich ( was good) chicken wings - Very sweet chocolate cake -(stale) We sent it back basically untouched and we were still charged for it. ( kitchen did call and ask if we would like anything else, but it was late already so we declined.) Nothing wrong with the more than friendly and helpful staff:)

Warm reception, and efficiency and friendliness of staff Had a nice sea view but its a bit far. Used this for a nice morning walk to the beach though and was greatful for the peace and quiet afterwards

It has been the best hotel I'v ever been. Neatness, Customer care, Security, Being in the big city, Center of attraction, Close to the beaches, Ushaka Marine, Casino and the best malls. The first 2 days we struglled with the breakfast, we had to pay from our own pockets whereas when we did the booking it was included (Bed & Breakfast), but the matter had been resolved and they repayed us.
