The convenience the hotel offers, we we're never more then 5 mionutes away from popular attractions. Also the the diverse amount of services offered makes your stay very comfortable. There was but I'm not one to complain. |

The atmosphere and the hospitality was great. The staff is so dedicated and friendly. My breakfast bill could not be posted to my main account for some reason. i was made to settle my breakfast account separately. |

The friendly service we recieved the fact that breakfast was not included and that we had to pay for our own parking.........disgusting taking into cinsideration that the rooms are almost R2000.00 per night |

Många bland personalen var mycket vänliga och omtänksamma. Man känner sig säker på Hilton när man första gången är i Sydafrika och är osäker på situationen. Maten höll inte alls samma klass som ute på restaurangerna. Fanns personal i receptionen som var okänslig för kritik, kunde vara otrevlig. |

La qualité de l'accueil de tout le personnel, du portier au directeur. Merci pour tous les efforts que tout le monde a fait pour rendre mon séjour le plus agréable possible. Le salon était très bien. Le manque de piscine et la situation, un peu loin du bord de mer, mais, bien entendu, à proximité immédiate du centre de congrès... |
