The functionwas put together very well. Front desk was understaffed. The 1st room was suppose to be smokefree - it was not. The 2nd room the phones did not wor nor did the tv. No turndown services. All in all not a five star experience!

Bel hôtel, jolie chambre spacieuse et propre. Bon service. Sèche cheveux colé au bureau se trouvant près du lit! Restauration moyenne pour un Hilton. Etablissement trop isolé.

Good location Too expensive, no trouser press, bathrobe or slippers provided. No free WiFi and it cost R180 for 24 hours access. I went to the cafe over the road for breakfast and WiFi Poor value for money hotel

Exceptionally helpful staff and good facilities. I stopped using Hilton Hotels some years ago after some bad experiences however I would highly recommend the Hilton Sandton. It also has a decent sized outdoor pool and well equiped gym, and is for these and other facilities a much better place to stay than some of teh other far more expensive hotels in which I have stayed in the area.
