We enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the breakfasts. Other high points: the amazing view from our windows, our comfortable room and the central situation of the hotel. Being right on St George's Mall, near great restaurants, the Company's Garden, Long Street and Greenmarket Square, was fantastic! They could have a few more hangers in the room. On one of the mornings, the croissants were quite stale.

Its location,close to station[buses,trains,metros] We really have to find this hotel as it was not very obvious,as we really needed help from one person who was nice enough to guide us all the way to hotel,further the breakfast menu was lacking variety on every day.,shoud have more variety,the tourist desk should have been more interactive.

It was available when accommodation was at a shortage. Its location makes parking (and finding the parking) very very difficult. Its prices were higher than other hotels with better facilities.

I think the bar facility is a bit lacking in that the night I came down for a drink after the first one the lady disappeared from behind the bar and the reception staff did not come to help either. I then went out for a drink!

Godd sized room with excellent bathroom facilities. Blue night light in bathroom very useful. Good breakfast buffet, with ample amounts and good choices, although the choice of hot food was limited and never varied. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Easy valet car parking facilities at r50/24 hours. Quiet location, but very conveniently situated for the city. Shortage of storage space for clothes in room. Extra shelving/drawer space would have been useful.

Location is perfect, wonderful parking , clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Need to invest in a proper porters trolley, no fridge in the room ,boring breakfast and Im not a breakfast person, please make sure you taste fruits before cutting them and do peel apples for the fruit salad. Tv wasn't working and no remote control.

Just as good as any other hotel I stayd in, The breakfast is one dimensional. If you stay there for one or two nights its fine, but if you stay four nights like we did it gets boring.

An excellent location, near to the parliament and Desmond Tutu Cathedral, the security ie excellent. I also liked the nearby flea market. The cleaners did not clean the tea set in our room on daily basis.

Hotel staff were Warmth. Helpful and Friendly. The room was of adequate size, very neat and clean. Buffet breakfast, plentiful and good. Great location right in the heart of Cape Town. Walking distance to the Green Market Square, great restaurants and famous Long Street. Quiet located on a pedestrian precinct. If you wish you can take a leisurely 30 minutes stroll down to the V&A Waterfront, however wouldn't recommend doing this after dark. Taxi fare to V&A less than 50R. Hotel very good value. The hotel is difficult to find because of the one way road system but once navigated it is simple to find next time. No restaurant in the hotel, but many good restaurants nearby.

Its central location, the warmth and helpfulness of the staff and the comfortable rooms made it an ideal visit. As well, it was very good value. We've stayed at several Holiday Inns/Holiday Inn Express and this was one of the best. There was nothing to dislike about our stay at the Inn.

friendly well, orientated,helpful staff, the luxury of the hotel. it is very convinient close to shopping area, parliment and accessibility of transport. Breakfast was delicious. the white linen make the stay pleasant. We also thankful of the discount.
