pleasant and frendly staff

no room service, no refrigerator in the room.

It is close to Capetown University of Tecnology as I was attending the gratuation ceremony of my daughter. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpfully, the room supervisor did show caring and the lady at the breakfast tried her utmost best to find something to replace beacon for me and that I appreciated

The breakfast, the breakfast caters for people who take pork only and that is not acceptable may guests should be advised onlne or on arrival and options be given or the breakfast be made to accommodate all

Good Location and extremely friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Its a hotel which has most things right about it.

The rooms in the hotel didnt have a refrigerator and the buffet breakfast didnt have options of ordering omlette / pancakes / waffles. The rooms were slightly cramped though. The bathrooms didnt have bathtubs.

The location is excellent, near to major shopping malls and other city attractions.

Room was little bit small, and roaring sounds of lifts creates disturbance all the time when you relaxing in the room. I strongly feel lack of mini bar in the room.

Receptionese is very good. She give me the good information of city tour.

I think the bar facility is a bit lacking in that the night I came down for a drink after the first one the lady disappeared from behind the bar and the reception staff did not come to help either. I then went out for a drink!

Godd sized room with excellent bathroom facilities. Blue night light in bathroom very useful. Good breakfast buffet, with ample amounts and good choices, although the choice of hot food was limited and never varied. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Easy valet car parking facilities at r50/24 hours. Quiet location, but very conveniently situated for the city.

Shortage of storage space for clothes in room. Extra shelving/drawer space would have been useful.

We had a great stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The best thing about this hotel is that it is very central.

Hotel staff were Warmth. Helpful and Friendly. The room was of adequate size, very neat and clean. Buffet breakfast, plentiful and good. Great location right in the heart of Cape Town. Walking distance to the Green Market Square, great restaurants and famous Long Street. Quiet located on a pedestrian precinct. If you wish you can take a leisurely 30 minutes stroll down to the V&A Waterfront, however wouldn't recommend doing this after dark. Taxi fare to V&A less than 50R. Hotel very good value.

The hotel is difficult to find because of the one way road system but once navigated it is simple to find next time. No restaurant in the hotel, but many good restaurants nearby.
