Location, Location, Location WOW nobody can beat the place. The staff are very nice including the General manager. Nice and clean facility close to biggest shopping mall in Durban named Gateway Mall lots of restaurent. close to beach and every place. Love it................

Staff at pub not trained. Could not open a bottle of wine. Gave me the wrong wine glass and too an age to serve me.

The room was fantastic. The staff was super friendly. There was no problem with us booking in early. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!!

No room service. No cupboards. Suggestion - You could put mini bars in each room, filled with sweets, colddrinks etc and refill it everyday. You could then invoice client according to what they took out at the end of their stay.

Good value 3 star , great views.

Was not informed about pay parking , expensive, just added to bill.

The close proximity to the sea, the surrounding areas like gateway mall, friendly staff, the layout of the building, no noise it was quite.

Rooms were not properly vacuum cleaned, dust especially under the beds, the breakfast did not have variety basic for breakfast is a beacon was nowhere to be seen.

The location facing the beachfront was perfect!!!..

I got a smoking room and I asked for a sea facing non smoking room when I initially booked with Booking.com.

I liked everything about the hotel.

Your breakfast did not have variety you need to have variety.

The room was spacious and the veiws breathtaking. The service was also commendable.

I switched rooms and gave them and they asked me to wait an hour to have it cleaned up after last checkout - i came back 3 hours later and it had still not been cleaned.

The breakfast was great! The room was comfortable.

Breakfast was great but on Sunday no it was very poor.

The bunch of school kids who making noise. The house keeping was not up to standard the sheets were dirty.

The staff was exceptional, we were treated nicely. I needed an iron in the morning and it was delivered quickly and to me that was perfect as i was in a hurry to go to the sea.

All was very good.

The breakfast beef sausage was not good. Kids will find it to hot(spicy)

Need water temperature in showers to be hotter. WIFI insuficient Fridge in bedrooms Breakfast tables were not clean and set- had to ask staff breakfast supply was not kept topped up pool is situated in poor position. DSTV channels were limited

Room was spacious, very well equipped for me as a business user (good desk, supportive chair, good lighting), good breakfast and reception services.

Access to the hotel in the dark from the M12 was difficult to establish - need better signing. Getting the electricity in the room to work by inserting my room card was problematic - I had to try many times to get it to work. I could do without this with a late arrival.
