1.To be woken up at 9am and asked when was I leaving . 2.The room access was deactivated before 11am, while i was having breakfast.

Generally very unhappy with the service. The hotel was overbooked. I did not get the rooms that I had booked and that to me is very poor service.

All staff (especially at reception) very friendly and helpful - thank you again girls!. Very nice hotel, very reasonally priced, we will surely reccommend to all!

As the restaurant (Butcher block?)was closed (public holiday), we ordered meals from one of the restaurants listed (Ocean Basket) . The food was terrible. I am sure you (Holiday Inn) create a lot of business for them and you should insist on better quality for your clients.

The comfort of the bed, pleasent and modern room, bathroom clean and bright. The breakfast is perfect, complete for a quick start of day and the fact that is included with the price of the night is very convenient.

The location! Not easy to get there. Even if we mark in GPS (the coordinates provided by the hotel has to be corrected), it shows the directions till the highway, not exactly the at the door inside the condominium..I mean, too complicated. Some rooms doesn't have TV remote... and no variety of channels.

The night staff needs attention, most unfriendly. Some staffs attitudes also need to change, i.e they need to smile more, life is not serious, it's fun.

Close to my office in Johannesburg. Good shuttle service. 30 minutes per device free internet per day - nice suprse, as the site stated that it was a paid service.

Reception on first floor was a bit weird, lifts becomes an issue pretty quickly.

Good safe location with easy access to freeways. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Wifi is too expensive at 90zar per hour.

I asked for an iron and a shaver via housekeeping and they said they will call back and never did. I waited till 1pm before my room was serviced

Very dissapointed with reception, waiter at restuarant. There was no menu service after hours or between restuarant times. Nothing to do but sit in your hotel room. Waited half an hour for ashtray

The ambiance

I requuested a shuttle for 15.30 6/10/2012 and when at 15.45 i enquired I was told that when the driver pitched (on time) nobody in attendance knew who it was for and he was turned away. This was very upsetting and left a bad taste.

The room was spacious, neat and comfortable.

1. When I made my booking, I gave the hotel an instruction but this was not executed and I had to follow-up again. 2. Hotel staff are very unfriendly...at Reception and at Breakfast. 3. As the Hotel is situation in a (semi) industrial area, some convinience must be supplied for clients to eat who arrive late at night. 4. Over priced versus my experience.

Its is a very quet place and fit for business transactions. It si also a nice place for resting after a hectic week
