The false alarm at midnight

The staff were extremely helpful.

Breakfast was pricey.

The hotel is conveniently located in Rosebank, with direct access to the Rosebank mall and surrounding business area.

Security staff at the hotel's parking area was blatantly rude and unfriendly.The hotel did not have the booking made through Booking.Com registered on their system. The shower in the room was blocked, and maintenance had to be called in to repair. Free wi-fi is very limited,whereafter you have to pay for it. Considering the cost per night, the hotel generally is poor value for money.

Spacious room, very clean and modern. Well located for both Sandton and Rosebank meetings.

The blinds in the bathroom did not close properly, and being in a very lit-up urban area, the light shone through to the bedroom, making sleeping difficult.

The staff were very friendly and when an order was placed with Room Service, delivery was prompt and the waiter's were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely a beautiful experience. The hotel put a lot of effort into the preparation and it was absolutely appreciated. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. To tag the pillows hard and soft was also a good idea!

The decor in the room was a little jaded!

It has been a while since I hade been to a Holiday Inn. I was surprised at the standard and the level of service that is being offered, and especially the decor. The staff was friendly and attended to certain problems we encountered when my young son had locked us out of the the interleading room. that was room 818 & 820. tha manager on duty reponded timesouly and had the matter resloved. That it did not have a spa or massage treatment facility. Also to cater for Halaal Foods for your Muslim travellers.

We enjoyed our two-night stay. The main attraction is that one can access Rosebank Shopping Centre for restaurants, drinks and lunch supplies easily. Room was very modern and we liked the lighting, with adjustable night lights for reading. Pillow choice was new to us and appreciated. Great flat-screen TV, too! We did not take the breakfast buffet as it was much cheaper to eat in the mall. Staff were very helpful and friendly. When our friends did not like being assigned a room overlooking the mall roof, they were immediately moved to a street-side room. The free Wi-Fi was also a reason that we selected this hotel. It was easy for our pick ups for tours at the front door of the property. We wish that we could have stayed longer.

Quarto confortável, silencioso, excelente localização.

L'hotel est situé à côté d'un mall où se trouvent beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants ainsi qu'un grand marché ouvert le dimanche d'artisanat africain et brocante. Notre vol étant à minuit j'avais réservé 2 nuits pour pouvoir quitter l'hôtel à 21 h 30, la réceptionniste n'a facturé qu'un départ tardif et le solde a permis de payer nos repas.

Pas d'eau chaude durant tout notre séjour ! choisir une chambre côté piscine car côté route les chambres sont mal isolées et bruyantes. Etablissement à 1/2 heure en voiture de l'aéroport et taxi cher (45 euros par trajet). Petit déjeuner non inclus et cher (13,50 euros). Petit déjeuner continental en chambre pas terrible. Café inbuvable.

A sua localização, os seus funcionários na sua maior parte são simpáticos. Apreciei a sua cozinha, as refeições são muito bem temperadas.

Demora as vezes em arrumar os quartos.

Well equipped. All necessities are provided for a convenient stay.
