The breakfast is amazing!
No soap in the bathroom
Very good breakfast Fairly secure parking.
Thick duvet in summer is way too hot. No sheet provided. Room smells musty. Extractor fan in bathroom doesn't work. Bedroom is dark - lots of feeble lights.
Parking was very difficult and getting out was a problem. My husband scratched his car on the gate sensor trying to reverse out. I suggest you build a bigger gate on the left which will enable your guests ease of parking at all times.
1. Location is great
1. Could hear the noise from next door until late at night. Our neigbours were talking and laughing and making noise until late and that was really uncomfortable for is trying to sleep. 2. The mould in the bathroom was horrible. I have a mould allergy and the mould on the ceiling and the strong smell of mould when opening the tap at the bathroom basin was really shocking. I was asked to pay in an additional amount because I brought by daughter with, but I should have charged Khayamanzi for letting me stay in a mould invested place with a little girl. This was just not exceptable at all.
Noisy extraction fan in bathroom room no 4
Kitchen mixed up bookings cold shower black and white tv
Amazing service and very good food. Perfect location.
The enviroment was good
Was next to the Kitchen, the noise while they prerparing for a break fast makes one to wake up as well
Unfortunately it tuned out that booking via booking.com was not a good idea! I booked, spoke to the owner, made all my plans etc and was notified via email (not even a phonecall!) that they could unfortunately not help me as the booking.com information was not up to date. Very poor service!
Room had all the facilities we needed. The only downside was the restricted parking space. It also took some time before someone responded to the bell at the gate when we arrived , but this was countered by the good service by receiption staff.
The staff were helpful in ensuring the room was ready early as we had a wedding at 14.00 on the Friday Afternoon. The room was comfortable and well decorated with an eye on foreign visitors. The property was very neat. Considering the location of the B&B it is good value for money.
The B&B is not easily marked and is difficult to find from the road. When staff worked in the kitchen they could be heard and when emptying rubbish in the dustbin. As a client looking into the kitchen is not good. The toilet did not flush properly and the hand basin and shower needed attention as the water did not drain away properly. When I wanted to make coffee on Saturday morning the water in the kettle was covered with black ants. I had to wash the kettles five times with hot water to clean it. This was reported to the reception staff. We can not report on the breakfast as were invited to join the bridle couple for breakfast at the wedding venue. The owner needs to be aware that not all clients are comfortable with a dog in the immediate area and could be upset with the dog's barking.
Parking a bit cramped.
We were very impressed! The staff were professional. Shylet greeted us personally when we arrived and showed us to the room. The facilities are clean and well organised. We would definitely come back again! Very good value for money!
Only thing we didnt like was a alarm going off in the middle of the night.
A great place for a 2 day getaway. Service was fabulous.
A nice and small place, a bit exotic. Nice breakfast.
The staff members were helpful. The food was good.
Room was small did not have space to sit and relax, except siiting on the bed.
No option for an early breakfast @ 07h00. They didn't even try our offer to reduce the rate
Great option for Om Die Dam marathon!
Modern deco Location Nice breakfast Would recommend
Not much privacy, you have to keep the curtains closed at all times as everyone walks past the rooms. Parking a bit cramped
Lovely accomodation, especially rooms 7 & 8 where we stayed with family. We will definitely be back!
Excellent service friendly staff , beautiful spacious room ,lover the design ,fresh breakfast , location was perfect great value for money
Relaxed and comfortable
Being able to have staff waiting for us until our arrival and making calls to find how far away we were.
Lack of sausages during breakfast.
The breakfast was excellent. Reception was good and they phoned to confirm our arrival
The shower head was leaking when opened, spraying the area. The parking for vehicles is extremely difficult to get in and out, especially for bigger vehicles. The room was clean and the bar fridge stocked but prices are 100% marked up from supermarket prices for the water. Although there is free Wi-Fi available the signal is very weak.
