Khayamanzi Bed and Breakfast  

The accommodation was very nice. The room was clean and well decorated.

The staff was very unfriendly and unco-operative. We requested a late check-out on numerous occasions and by the time we left the staff member in question had not even conveyed our request to management.

The room was very nicely laid out and clean. The breakfast was well prepared.

Very nice place, delicious breakfast. Rooms small, but very confy beds. Most of the room have access to wonderful garden.

The staff are lovely and friendly! Even their cat Bruza was a joy!!

the manager is aloof. i remember greeting him in the morning. and he answered without looking at me and concentrating on the laptop which i found very rude. i can recommend if he changes his attitude. At least try to change their breakfast menu on days visited.

It was the best experience! absolutely loved the hospitality and the warm welcome from Charlene :). The rooms were clean and cozy. Would definetly recommend Khayamanzi B&B to friends and family. Thanks Again we had an awesome time.:)

The intimate location and the friendly staff!

I had a special request that they assisted me with no problems what so ever and I truly appreciated it.

They can maybe provide more options with regards to the breakfast. The food was lovely, but only having the option of bacon and eggs only was a bit bland. I don't know if I had to ask for something else bit hat was also not mentioned to me.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was good.

You couldn't go down to the Dam as it was all fenced off. We felt a little apprehensive about going out after dark.

We have stayed here for the second time. It has a really good breakfast and great as a base for a weekend.

The operations hinge one the owner and if he is not available its hard to get what you need. The check-in time is incorrect on the booking.com website be careful about that. Parking is available but its tight shrubs at the gate may damage our vehicle paint work.

Comfortable room. Number of books available at the hotel if you want to find out about the area.

A little close to rather busy street corner. Problems with electrics. Towels have seen a better days.

Great location. Right in the centre of the action at Hartbeespoort. Nice and cosy set-up.

The staff could be warmer to guests, and it's unacceptable that one morning the water was not hot--in winter!

Intimacy & privacy in combination of that small community feel of the other guests. Like the fact it has only 10 rooms

The only thing i would say is get a bigger TV (plasma, especially if you want to project from a laptop/PC)
