No internet service (wifi) during my stay.
Nothing because we didn't get a chance to stay here
When I called the hotel at around 6pm to tell them we would be late they said "no problem" when we arrived at 8.30pm we were told they were overbooked!!! It's not great trying to find a available hotel in Cape Town at 8.30 at night. Very unhappy!!!
The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The location is great, 2 minutes from Strand street and surprisingly quiet, considering that it's in the center of the CBD. The facilities were clean, comfortable and of a high quality. I felt safe at all times. Room service was very fast and the food was delicious. I stayed for five days and would have loved to stay for many more. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone and everyone.
That the time went by so quickly. And that I had to leave.
The bathroom, or shower was good.
The breakfast was so poor and there were no cereals, no buffet. the T V was controlled by someone else, I couldn't watch the stations of my choice. I will never book this hotel in the future. the cleaner used towels to dry my cups.
Very kind and smiling personnel, comfortable hotel location, nice rooms, reasonable price
Fixed terms of payment - no cancellation allowed, limited breakfast options
Breakfast was really small
Would gladly advice people to go stay at the hotel.
Early morning noise outside.
the fan in the bath are on the hole day and night. It's not possible to switch off byself.
We took long to be served..channels on the tv were changed after numerous calls,n our bedding was not changed on the last day,not to mention 1 unchanged towel we had instead of four
Advertisement and reality of the room is different.
The staff were very friendly, and called me by name throughout my stay. They were very helpful when I needed something or had something to ask.
Poor linens, old linens, dirty rooms
Bar fridge in the hotel room, clean bedding and linen everyday, Enough towels in the room and Full DSTV
The space of the hotel room, damp smell in their room, changing of rooms overnight because of the unpleasant smell in the initial room and their breakfast
The location excellent, centre of the CBD; the staff, all very friendly; the restaurant, excellent; free WiFi; general ambience. As a single traveller I was extremely well looked after. I felt safe and the staff were very helpful with anything I asked for. My kind of hotel.
Nothing. All good.
The location of hotel
Location very good - the only thing that is good.
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed anywhere in the world - poor experience overall.
Proximity to Cape Town attractions ... tour bus, market, long street. We were borrowed iron
My booking was not picked up by the hotel administration. Linen was damp and crinkled. Towels had marks and the bathroom door was stuck.
Whilst it looked classy at first glance, lots of things were broken and in need of repair.
Location was excellant. Everything is walking distance and easy to find transport for any other destinations.
Hotel was not to bad, but the staff is not very professional at all. I expect a hotel in the city centre to have expierenced professional staff.
Cape town close by
