Hotel staff tried their best. Not enough toilet paper, kept running out. Carpets and blinds were dirty. Shower door was broken and took 4 days to repair after many promises. Bath towels short every day. Problems with parking space.

Quick and friendly service by staff to sort out a problem. Safe parking arrangements. Safe did not work electronicly - only had one key which is a problem if there is more than one user. Sliding door bedroom did not work. Shortage of plug/power points -to get a extention from reception to be able to use hairdryer in bedroom from plugpoint in kitchen is not on.

Locality, spaciousness of the rooms. On arrival, having paid for the room I took exception to being asked for a photostat of my credit card and ID to be made and refused for security reasons. ( I was told it was a Urban Hip Hotels standard procedure). I booked two rooms for myself and family. On arrival at 4pm one room was not ready! Although it is located in a relatively new building the building was shoddy and in a poor state of repair. The shopping center appears to be going bust... with most shops closed. As far as the rooms were concerned, there were cracked glass pains in the front doors, a lampshade was missing in 133, the main room light did not work in 131, the wash basin in the main bedroom in 131 was badly cracked, and for the two days we were there the dustbin in the kitchen in 131 was not emptied.

Central situated spacious this is the second year I have book - so I like the place for just a few exceptions as listed below Drain smell No trollies to help you up and down the lifts - this is a nighmare please improve. Reception should always have someone on duty. - we waited nearly a half hour to book in. Please give some information what is currently happening in the mall down below us - as you go down and everything is closed. Restuarants times ect Kings Market times Whats happening at this mall

Central - eating houses just downstairs Nobody to help off load - no trollies - it is nearly a pain to book in at this place - rooms are too far away from lift with little children - especially if it is raining and the wind howling. Reception does not care how yoiu get is or out of rooms - this is really a area that needs to be addressed. More information should be available - where to go in Port Elizabeth, Maps chopping centres place of interest Drain smell .......bad

It is Central and rooms are designed beautiful Reception not manned enough, when you are to be booked in at 3pm - There is never anyone about - always a note on the door back be back in a few minutes. This is a time nobody should be popping out for a few minutes. Luggage to get to your room is a Nightmare - you have to go over to Woolworths get a trolley to off load your vehicle to get your luggage into a lift and walk miles to get to your room. - This must improve. With little kids this is a nightmare Drain smell is bad - our room had a large poo in the toilet when we arrived !!!!

The spacious apartment with lovely tasteful furniture. Clean and tidy. Undercover parking. Near shops. Pity it was not nearer to the seaside. But didn't realy matter as we were not there for a holiday.

I specifically booked there as it was advertised as having a heated pool. Well the pool was "heated' but it was on so low that it was still cold. Maybe trying to save electricity?

Dirty carpets. Dirty bed throws. Non functioning lights. The fully fitted kitchens are simply not equipped. One of our units was equipped with only a pot lid, 4 bowls of which one was badly chipped, 3 mugs, & a shortage of cutlery. Towels were thin & when removed were not replaced. After asking several times we eventually ha to source our own toilet paper. Never again!!

Perfectly situated in a shopping mall with good restaurants available. Spacious and comfortable rooms with good TV options. Secure parking. Path to rooms not sheltered, so you are exposed to wind, rain and coldness.
