Located in Umhlanga Rocks, Durban, Kingston House B&B offers luxuriously decorated rooms with balconies, and free Wi-Fi. It features an outdoor pool, a lush tropical garden and barbecue facilities. John and Kathy gave us a personal service that cannot be obtained from a big hotel chain. The breakfasts were top quality and the prices at the bar were brilliant. Ideally you need to drive to the beach, but this was expected.

John and Cathy made us very welcome and helped us organize a trip, nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was superb. We would stay there again if we came to Durban for a holiday. Jan& Geoff Pickless. Quite a walk into town but taxis were available.

The friendliness and support and effort of John and Cathy to really make our stay with visiting friends from Gauteng some evenings a welcome and enjoyable experience. Just a short note - upgrading odf some of the systems might be necessary in near future.

From our initial booking the management gave excellent service making our stay and introduction to the area throughly enjoyable. Would defiantly recommend to anyone wishing to visit the area. Look forward to visiting again. Kingston B& B has the service of a five star hotel with the friendliness of being at home.
