We booked the lilac suite and had a large bedroom with a sitting area, lovely bathroom with corner bath tub as well as a shower over the bath, and a balcony attached to the bedroom, although there is another sitting area open to all guests at the front of the B&B. Yoann, the French owner of the B&B is an excellent host and made us so welcome. He even booked our taxi transfer for us on arrival in Cape Town and drove us to the train station when we left. The hotel has good security arrangements and as an additional precautionary measure, even employs a security guard to look after guests vehicles parked out in the street overnight.We would certainly recommend staying here - it is such a friendly place |

Staying here I was made to feel at home the moment I arrived and Yoann is an excellent host. I felt completely safe, and being close to the city centre and the v&a made the location was ideal. |

There is a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The hotelier is an excellent host, I couldn't have stayed at a better place. He gave us a lot of useful information including places to eat and visit (that we could not have obtained from the tourist information office), and he has very good taste. This is my choice place to stay any time I'm back in Cape town. |

Everything is in walking distance from La Rose. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and forthcoming. There is no need to look any further. Highly recommended for young and old. |

El hotel está muy céntrico y bien comunicado, y muy limpio. El desayuno es estupendo y la suite es una preciosidad. Nos ha gustado mucho la hospitalidad del dueño que nos ha hecho sentir como en nuestra propia casa, además es muy útil que sepa hablar varios idiomas. |

Das La Rose ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich, geben einem viele Tips und helfen einem bei allem weiter. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Ausserdem ist es sehr praktisch gelegen, man erreicht das Zentrum und die Waterfront zu Fuss. |

Unglaublich tolles B&B. Alle Zimmer sind mit Liebe und viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Yoann der Vermieter versteht es jeden morgen ein sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit top frischem Obstsalat und Omletts, denen man nicht widerstehen kann, zu servieren. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit einem Satz, wer da war will und muss wieder hin. |
