Cancellation
Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Up to two further older children or adults are charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

We appreciate the location of the hotel which was near the shopping mall, very comfortable and quiet at night, very impressed by the high degree of security during our stay One thing is that the room we were in has been sub contracted to a third party by the hotel. As such the employees at the reception desk of Protea were not very much receptive and helpful. Anyway these are small things which make the difference and are quite easy to change |

This hotel is located next to Canal Walk, the largest shopping mall in Africa and was perfect for my kids. Excellent and lots of entertainment. |

La Savina was the best hotel I stayed in when I was in South Africa. La Savina is centrally located. 2 min walk to the Canel Walk. 10 min taxi ride to VA Waterfront, 20 mins to Camps Bay. Great on security. If you are looking for a hotel that gives you the home feeling this is your hotel. Do not be mislead and stay in Downtown Cape town it is better to stay outside the city. |

The owners of the apartment were friendly and always there if we needed anything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment was in a secure environment and very peaceful. Great location and in close proximity to the shopping mall. |

Eeen heel fijn, keurig appartement voorzien van alle gemakken en comfort in een zeer veilige en mooie omgeving met alles erbij: fitness, winkelcentrum, restaurants, zwembaden (binnen + buiten) en een zeer hartelijk ontvangst en we voelden ons er zeer welkom vanwege gastheer en vrouw. Het ligt dicht bij de snelweg maar toch zeer rustig s' nachts en vandaar uit kun je alle kanten op. |
