I didn't like breakfast, it was the same for 5 days
Access to beach
The buffet breakfast
Their wi-fi was experiencing "technical difficulties"
The hotel staff veryfriendly and willing to assist.
Nothing, execpt that i lost my card holder with all the cards. not sure were, either in the hotel room or in Town. If you find it please contact me.
Quality of the bed Clean Nice location Free shuttle to the city centre
Wifi was very unstable
large room and very large bed. food lovely.
Everything except the bar service
A great hotel with brilliant staff and facilities available. Staff very friendly and helpful, great food and supper location to relax in the sun and watch the sea, the mountain and Cape Town
Outside the hotel there are a few dodgy beggars and cars have been broken into, but they have underground parking so that cuts that out! Just ignore the beggars. The beach is safe
the bed and room comfortable and clean, staff friendly and helpful, convenient parking for the vehicle, the breakfast was good and the view from this lounge very nice Elevators good
the Bar prices are steep, some of the guests were noisy and banging of the doors maybe introduce a dampener (soften noise) We chose to eat supper elsewhere due to the menu and prices of your restaurant. This facility was in any event occupied most evenings due to functions I must admit that Bar prices in general in CT are very high
Location, location, location; Michelle was exceptionally pleasant at the reception desk
room 213 - shower floor is sloped wrongly, so you stand in the water while showering; The fridge was not stocked, so when you come back late at night you have to call room service; Room service walking into the room, while your partner is in bed - MOST uncomfortable - they can rather give the option to take the order at the door! Our mineral water were some days taken out - the ones we did not use. Then when you need it, it's gone. EVERY morning I had to ask and ask again for coffee to be served at the table. Breakfast staff were not friendly.
Location, environment, caring staff
Wi Fi facility was very limited. It is not free as commited
free shuttle to waterfront, good location, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, internet access
small twin beds were pretty firm and a little cramped
Location - right on the sea with access to beach Free shuttle service into centre Balcony - no problem about smoking on balcony either Good breakfast Nice Thai restaurant - can charge to your room Travel desk to arrange tours in the hotel Friendly, helpful staff
Location - a bit far from centre and not much around it. Power cuts - as hotel is in this location, it is subject to govt scheduled power cuts (will not happen in more popular areas like V&A Waterfront or Camps Bay)
Mr Jammine and myself were upgraded from the hotel to the apartment complex. I have to note that my apartment (A222) smelt like burnt meat. It was also next to (A223) which was being renovated i.e. constant chopping, banging against the floors and walls until 16H30. The general condition of the unit looks dirty (tiles had grouting smears, dusty look) throughout the unit. Trying to open the sliding door to the balcony was a mission as well as the sliding window of the main bedroom overlooking the sea. The curtains are not hanging correctly and are also dirty in all the rooms. I was first greatful for the upgrade but in retrospect disappointed.
My housekeeper Joyce, party for guests, ocean view
wifi - 200mb per day - that's not serious
No sea view 1st night
Liked your staff in the bar, they are very friendly.
Your bathrooms needs a re-vamp. Milldew in the shower needs attention. Needs a bin in the bathroom.
the location and view of the room
room service lady was not friendly
Everything, Rosemarie was brilliant
The ambience was great, food good and staff friendly and helpful.
We loved the convenient location, beautiful sea view, staff was very helpful at the front desk, parking very convenient!
The only negative was the poor internet connection! It lead to many frustrating hours when you have to work while on vacation an it requires internet.
Very good location with exceptional views of Table Mountain and Robben Island. Very good breakfast. Good food. Complimentary shuttle services to V&A are also very useful for those who donot have their own cars.
Whilst one understands and accepts cold sea, they should increase solar intensity to provide warmer pools.
Very friendly and helpful staff Beautiful views from front of hotel Parking convenient and safe
The bar is way too small - especially when there is a conference on The noise from staff cleaning up in the atrium area until midnight Poor meal selection in bar
We were told by staff that a taxi to the airport would be cheaper than taking the hotel shuttle so they booked us a taxi. It wasn't, by a very large sum!!!!!
Great location with easy access to Cape Town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Originally given a small room without the view that was promised but soon moved to a better room(329) though this did have problems with damp patches in the bathroom! WiFi connection in room was useless and only marginally better in bar and reception.
