Excellent location, clean and comfortable accommodation and very friendly and helpful managers. Each room had a lovely view across the lagoon, where it was also possible to swim. We enjoyed watching the weaver birds feeding outside the dining room whilst we ate our breakfast. There was nothing to dislike.

Quiet location, beautiful gardens with huge expanse of spongy lawn under mature Eucalyptus trees. Room faced to the East so we were woken by glorious sunshine over the lake. Host was absolutely charming and breakfast excellent.

Every need has been carefully thought of by Jean, and so discreetly met. We had only a 1 night stay and we so wished it could have been much longer. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast and muffins were lovely. Truly a home away from home; a place one yearns to re-visit. I had to hand in the keys and leave.

The stunning setting and the very homely feel about the lodge.It's very peaceful and the bird life is magnificent. The receptionist,Jean is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I thought that rusks for our early morning coffee should have been supplied.
