Value for your money and very neat and tidy. The staff is very friendly, my friend left her evening dress in her room and the reception called to inform us, it is also safe for our children. Not everybody like to shower, but it seems as if all the rooms are having showers. You also need to ask if geust wants halaall or vegetarian. One of the geust had to take a fruit and Yogurt only for R100 (breakfast).

Close proximity to the airport Why mention you have an airport shuttle if you don'T. I waited and waited at the airport, as I had mentioned my arrival time and no one arrived. I then paid for a taxi to go to the airport and was then told that there is no shuttle service. The only reason I stayed there was for the shuttle service and close proximity to the airport. I then had to pay for 2 taxi fairs to and from the airport. I may has well have spent that money on the airport hotels....DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Staff were helpful Over priced compared to other comparable hotels in same location. Very expensive airport shuttle service in cars which were not roadworthy. Very high charges for meals.

Rooms were nicely decorated. Food was acceptable, but not good or great. Unenthusiastic attitude of staff. Lack of service - we had to go looking for somebody to assist us to get drinks, had to enter the kitchen area to find somebody to

convenience; price; clean; friendly staff; helpful charles the airport pick up was chaotic, not well planned. internet cnxn did not work and there is no manned front office. Food options limited. This is not in an accessible location, so unless you have your own car, this may not be convenient - you are dependent on others. Cab drivers do not know about this place yet.
