thought it was a bit dark inside, and although it was luxury it missed a bit of personal touch.

-Very safe with strict security check up. -Great location just short walk to waterfront commercial area. - Big service apartment, well equipped.

-Bed room is too small. -No coffee machine, just a very small plunger.

The apartments were ideal for us to enjoy everything Cape Town has offer from the walking distance to the Waterfront for the evenings to the breath taking Cape Point. Security, comfort and location were all great.

From the minute I arrived at the apartments I was overwhelmed by the pure luxury, the cleanliness and the attention to detail which meant you had everything you could hope for in an apartment. All the staff in the Guest Relations were extremely helpful, very freindly and very professional; the cleaners excellent and also very freindly and attentive. I have stayed in various hotels and apartments but none with the exceptional standards of Lawhill; an apartment with the ' wow ' factor.

You would have to be exceptionally pedantic to include any negative comments concerning these apartments.

The staff, location, facilities and access to The One and Only Hotel's restaurant for breakfast were all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff who assisted us with booking tickets and tours during our four days in Cape Town. Our apartment 504 with views of the V&A Marina and a backdrop of Table Mountain was pure luxury and walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely recommend and will stay at Lawhill again on our next trip to SA.

What can I say .....The Lawhill Apartments in Cape Town far exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed in the three bedroom apartment which was amazing and had everything and perfect for our young family. After staying in many of the five star hotels in the area on previos visits, I can honestly say this is by far the best.

Close to Cafe's, bars, restaurants and shops. The apartments are luxurious, spacious and well equipped. The hop on/off bus is really useful for getting around and worthwhile getting a 2 day pass as there is quite a bit to do on each route (Blue and Red). Get up to the top of the mountain as soon as possible as it is often in cloud and you could miss out on a fantastic view from the top.

The plunge pool was quite small and not worth the additional cost. Lack of instructions for the cooker.

The location was very convinient. Also the apartment facilities were great like the kitchen and all the appliances in it. Also the apartment was very spacious accomading a whole family.

In the beggining the A/C wasn't working but that was fixed by the second day.

The location of the apartments next to the water front was excellent, the staff were very helpful and we felt very sercure in the complex. The apartment it self was fabulous, felt very spoilt for a week.

It was convenient to Waterfront shops and dining as well as the Red/Blue Bus stops. We thought it was very comfortable, clean and the perfect place to give us as parents and married kids a place to relax after a hectic week with family and friends. We used Lawhill Apartments as a base to explore Cape Town and it worked out to be the best. I got the name of the Apartments from Trip Advisor and we could not be happier with the recommendation. Good Job!!

The only negative is that you have to leave the one building, we were at 102, enter the next building to go down to exit the building to get to Waterfront.
