I liked the space of our specific room. The view was breathless of both the Sea and Table mountain. It is on the beachfront so you could go to the beach and come splash in the pool. Nice and quiet and had a relaxed stay. The Hotel (building) and rooms need an upgrade then this will definitely be the place to have a proper relaxed holiday. Need a bigger fridge and an oven perhaps. The units have mini kitchenettes and you can make your own food i.e. mini self catering which is perfect. If this hotel is upgraded then it will definitely be the 'luxury' units that is referred to in their name. We did enjoy our holiday...
Defnitely the small fridge. Aircon is old and made loud noises but it is due to the old type aircons. If it is upgraded it will be perfect. And perhaps a small oven will be useful...
the location and he view of the hotel is excellent. I enjoyed sleep while hearing the ocean waves. Fantastic
When we arrived the room was not what we expected comparing with the pictures we saw on the internet. Second we found a lot of strange insects in the room that scared us and i felt worried because i had a baby with me. We had to move to another room and even in that we found 1. The next day we request for a deep clean in the room. It was terrible!
Toller Blick, 15 min bis downtown, nettes Personal

View Friendly staff
Very old building No lift Need some work Aircons noisy and old High price to pay for a hotel that is really only a 3 star
Suite had a beautiful views. The beds were comfortable with big fluffy pillows.
The service was generally poor. The staff took ages to respond to any request both at the bistro and in the rooms. Both of TV's in the room were fuzzy and despite several calls to the reception no one came to fix it.
Sea view spacious apartment with brilliant views of the ocean and Table Mountain. Excellent helpful staff who gave us a very warm welcome and assisted in arranging all tours we wished to go on. They also called for taxis as we required them. Laundry service is available, and you can also do your own if you prefer. Bar and dining service are great... beware the portions served are huge.
A taxi is required to get to all places...central town /V&A waterfront etc, its cheap enough but adds to the expense of your trip unless you go out and stay out....approx. 70-120 rand each way depending on where you are going and which taxi service you use.
The staff were brilliant, especially Alfred who has got to be the happiest, most optimistic, helpful man on the planet. Breakfast quality and general cuisine for a good price.
Waiting for buses into town
Beautiful view. Spacious apartment and balcony. Enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. Safe and secure location.
Mattress a little soft.
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The stаff was very nice and helpfull. The people from the reception helped me to choose sites to see and all of them were huge success. They even printed me the instructions with the road map how to get to each of them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was very safe and well secured. All this made me feel like at home and if I come back to Cape Town again I would definitely stay in this hotel. I received real value for my money and if you wonder which hotel to choose do not hesitate to take Leiser Bay. The view is astonishing from the beach. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay guys and carry on.
The friendly staff are the greatest asset of the hotel
Leisure bay should work on the floor tiles they are looking old
The best place to have a holiday @ the sea! Loved every moment
The spacious suite that enjoys a the quintessential view of Table Mountain and beach.
Furnishings just a little sparse for the size of the suite.
Everything. Aiden, Trezor & Ephraim were the people we met and they were very friendly.
Breakfast 2nd morning, cheese was almost finish - no topping up's. But the rest was super!
The location was very good, easy to find and security seemed good, Breakfast included was adequate
There could have been a wider variety breakfast. Our flat smelled of curry and wasn’t pleasant, The card access machine on the door to the flat was broken and caused a lot of hassle, Upon inspection of our room before leaving the hotel, we found a used condom under one of the beds which had obviously been there since we arrived, cleaners hadn’t bothered to clean under the beds. And makes you wonder how much else they actually cleaned. When we reported this to reception, a male employee burst into laughter about the incident, we were quite displeased as we felt this wasn’t a laughing matter especially considering the cost and rating of the hotel.
The apartment really good and well located and very well secured area. I will say great value for money.
Easy access to the beach, nice ocean view.
Attitude of reception staff at arrival.
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The apartment was modern and the kids loved the swimming pools and the beach right on the doorstep.
The view was incredible from the balcony. The location was good as well as it was a close distance away fron V & A waterfront as well as Century City Canal Walk. Treatment by staff was very good. They where always inviting warm and helpful. I loved the facilities. You can see the hotel management thought of everything that a guest would need.
I didnt like that our takeaway food was thrown away by the cleaning lady. It was 4 boxes of takeaway. The staff handled this complaint well and reimbursed us with a platter of fruit.
The staff were very friendly. We were a group of lady friends and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I asked for a special bithday cake and they delivered it right on time for the special day. We will stay there again. Thank you Alfred for your kindnes
On the beach
no lift..had to climb three flights of stairs. Railway line runs right behind complex. Very hot in afternoon..facing west.
The hotel was only about a 10 minute taxi ride to the waterfront or the city, approx 100 rand. We had a waterfront suite and after 3 weeks of roughing it around South Africa we could have cried just looking at the shower and comfortable bed! The Staff were amazing, always happy to help us with anything we needed, and i did find myself calling reception quite a few times for assistance with different things. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. The view of Table mountain was pretty incredible too!
I had to pay for internet because i had booked the room in 2013, even though as of 2014 internet was included in the room rate.
loved the location milnerton. takes about a 15min. drive to go to capetown. and thats perfect as it's close to the city but so quiet and lovely. staff, breakfast, pool area, room, beach -> everything fine for the value
extra-cost for w-lan
The staff are exceptionally friendly, supportive and made us all feel very at home for the week of our stay. The views from the sea facing rooms are superb, and the location is very handy. We had a great time, and hope to return.
The air conditioning unit was old and loud. The kitchen service is very slow.
View of table mountain , good coffee and friendly staff
