Excellent and friendly staff. Convenient shuttle service. Good restuarant. Delicious and large breakfast Value for money.

No shower door, so a bit splashy!

The room was clean and comfortable. The resturant was reasonable and my dinner really good as was the buffet breakfast.

The lighting in the room wasn't the best - for older folk with not the greatest vision, I battled doing work on my laptop.

Free shuttle to the airport and railway.

extremely poor quality of food. bathrooms not very clean. service is limited, but reasonable considering the budget.

Staff really friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

A funny buzzing noise coming from somewhere in or near the room and struggled to fall asleep.

The staff and arrangement was incredible, the room had a different feel which made it exciting....

The metal strip on the carpets had loose screws and the strip was coming out, very dangerous if it to cut any guest...please fix it....

Free airport shuttle. Hotel design is cute. Good shower, tv and bed. Good for travelers who has to stay overnight close to airport.

Wifi does not work inside my room...have to stay outside to get signal.

Rooms excessively noisy and with a lot of stray outside lighting especially in the courtyard. Would I recommend it... Yes but with the above provisos. It is cheap but only just ok

Convenient and well located

Transfer facilities from the Airport and the bathroom shower.

Gym facilities. There are no towels and the space looks like there is no one using it.

My only gripe was the glass door to the Toilet , a) it didn't seal and b) no one wants to see anyone else sitting on the toilet

Great atmosphere, comfortable,clean with friendly and extremely helpful staff. Great overnighter if you need to stay close to the airport.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had to leave for the airport early, 0500 hours, the shuttle driver was waiting for me at reception

. The food - I ordered pap and grilled chicken with veggies. The pap was not well done and half cooked, the chicken was also half cooked and tasteless (though it was supposed to be lemon and herb flavoured). Veggies were overcooked - so the food is either half cooked or over cooked. The food was brought uncovered, all the way from the restuarant, through the passing lot and onto the lift to my room, not even on a tray. I found that extremely unhygenic. . poor wifi connectivity

1) Short distance to and from airport 2) Resonable rate especially when booked through booking.com

1) Long time to wait for the "free shuttle" even after calling for it THREE times; 2) The heater in my room didnt work, I was shifted to another room where the heater worked but it's remote control gadget did not! So from freezing to boiling!; 3) WiFi is so weak in the rooms and will benefit from a booster;

Affordable,and next to festival mall for entertainment.
