Lorraine's on Lincoln is situated in Boston , one of the most delightful and historic neighbourhoods in Cape Town 's Northern Suburb . The V&A waterfront is only a 20 minute drive, as well as Table Mountain or Kirstenbosch Gardens and is in close proximity to major shopping centres. The Durbanville Wine Route starts only 5 minutes drive away. Very nice people and convenient for Cape Town airport. The collection with a courtesy bus from the airport was a disaster but that was not the fault of the Hotel.

Pieter, the guy who runs the place, is a very friendly humoristic man. He is very flexible and willing to help when needed. He made me feel more than welcome! The room (no 2) was very nice and clean throughout my stay. The bath was a relaxing surplus! Unfortunately the WIFI was down, and that was needed for me. By the time I am writing this review it will be fixed I assume. Furthermore the pool area was not too inviting...the water was clean though but had a lot tree rubbish in it and there were no comfy chair at that time (eay november).

My room stank of old stale cigarettes! The TV only had SABC and MNET. There was no milk in the room to make coffee. The staff never even asked what my name was (have no idea how they knew that I even made a booking, I could have been a stranger off the street), my room wasn't ready when I arrived, the opened my room only to find another guests luggage in it and then gave me a twin room even though I booked a single. I travel VERY often for business and have never stayed in a worse place. It offends me to have to pay.

Leider nichts Frühstück miserabel, keine Auswahl!!! Matratzen durchgelegen. Zimmer klein und niemals vier-Sterne würdig.Nur dicke Nachtvorhänge, also tagsüber unbedeckte Fenster und dies beim Durchgang in den Garten für alle anderen Gäste! Keinerlei Kissen auf den Stühlen/Liegen im Garten. Im Frühstücksraum lag ein gebrauchtes Taschentuch auf dem Sofa.Kaffeetasse schmutzig.

The hospitality was good. It is safe and friendly. The dedication of staff to duty and commitment to make guests comfortable is commendable. I sincerely recommend the guesthouse anybody that requires a comfortable and happy stay in Cape Town.

没有！ 我们在2012年11月29日时取消了一间双人房，可是到今天（2013年1月5日），还是没有收到退款，- 催了几次总是保证说马上退，但一直没有退。 房间设施很差，厕所整晚漏水。 酒店地点位置很差，离市区很远。
