As soon as the entrance gate closed behind you, a calming peace was apparent and all was right with the world! It was as if you stepped into a mini Paradise, away from maddening people on the streets amid chaos. Lovely friendly owners and guests from around the world to chat with during a wonderful breakfast at a large common table - absolutely wonderful! From seniors to young children, all are welcomed with kindness. I would most definitely return - highly recommend it!

Small and friendly. Very nice and helpful host family.Good place to stay first time you come to Cape town and a good place to make day excursions from. We recommend to let them pick you up from the airport and rent a car from them. Good value!

We appreciated the relaxed approach which in no way detracted from efficiency and comfort. We needed the bare minimum and got so very much more - It was a pleasure!

The location off the N2 highway was the first reason to choose this particular guesthouse. Having visited this location we found the hospitality excellent, the room clean and comfortable and will visit LRG again. The car hire business run by the family does lessen the attractiveness of the property but overall a good choice.
