눉The agreement I made with you on her arrival,I said call me as she arrived,but I was never be called.The transport was not really reliable to her at all, it was risky to her.She end up trusting the taxis to go to hospital,and that was not our agreement, that was caused by late arrival on pick up time,she was not even called to confirm that she is finish at the hospital. The driver was not patient enough to wait for the lady only an hour. The lady waited from 20:00 until 21:45 for transport until she called me to confirm that if the driver is still coming or not, and that was done several one night,first day. That was so bad. I suggest that the transport must be given specially for the visitor for that time only not to drop and wait for it.
눇The manner in which my request was approached, that was excellent. On her arrival at the hotel the staff had a positive approach. She really enjoyed the stay in manhatten with clean cool rooms everyday. Nice breakfast. Thanks for the transport. Even if you came at the hotel spiritually sick and mentally sick or tired,the environment cools you down to the relax mode. Keep it there.Thanks so much.
